Cottage holiday rentals in Banks

Me and my partner stayed here over the New Year period and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gavin and Nicky’s property. The amenities such as the hot tub, kitchen, bathroom etc was absolutely perfect and exactly as described on the listing. They even went out of their way to leave us some small bottles of Prosecco and celebratory items which we thought was a wonderful thought from them. We would definitely stay here again and cannot recommend Beeches Bach enough to potential future guests.

Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

Fantastic long weekend break with my wife and our dog, peaceful and relaxing stay and would definitely book again.

We had the loveliest weekend at this cottage! Deborah was so lovely and hospitable, the place was spotless and perfect for a weekend get away with the hot tub! We had a great time and would 100% recommend! Came from Manchester on the train and was easy to travel to. Thanks so much for our stay!!

Derek and Kath are lovely hosts, right from arrival they were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was very well presented and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The surrounding areas are great for long walks and the location has some nice walks too! Going with our dog, he loved the big open spaces to explore and enjoyed the little stream/river at the foot of the hill. Would definitely recommend for a nice quiet location where you can go enjoy the neighboring towns and walks and then return back to the cottage for a cosy night to relax.

Dog friendly accommodation within a stone throw of a dog friendly beach . The location was perfect for us ( a family of 4 with a small dog) ... very peaceful and quiet. Rather than drive we booked a local taxi service to Prestatyn on the evening (too hot for a 30 min walk !) who were very reliable and cost £6.50. I would recommend a visit to Conwy (approx 40 mins in the car)......its stunning and dog friendly.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed for our wedding anniversary and it was beautiful! It is such a lovely cottage, really private and homely. The hot tub was great and the garden is lovely. The garden lights on the evening were lovely touch. We will definitely visit again. ☺️

Such a great find this was, in the middle of nowhere , gorgeous in the days and even better at night. So many walks to do round there but most afternoons we were in the house and would definitely go again

Me and my family had such a special few days in this beautiful Air Bnb. The house was spotless, so beautifully decorated and furnished and the outdoor area was really amazing in the day aswell as star gazing at night! Kate was a really friendly and proactive host sending local recommendations before we arrived and checking that everything was okay on check in. We will definitely look to stay again when visiting family!

Cozy cottage in North Wales, I loved the decor and enjoyed all the amenities including the sauna. The fire place was great, as well as the rest of the facilities, and the communication with the host was smooth.

We had a great stay in the cosy cottage. Everything was as described by Jacky. Great place for touring around the many beaches and towns in the area. The dog loved it too and the treats for him and the adults were a lovely touch. Would definitely come back 🤩🤩thank you Jacky ☘️☘️

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridal party and it was a really lovely cottage. Sadly the weather wasn’t great but the garden looked lovely and we would have spent some time outside had it not been raining. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and very modern. The kitchen was well equipped although we would have benefitted from some milk for hot drinks. Luckily there was a post office 2 mins walk away so we were able to pick some up. The host also left me a little note and candle sending me well wishes before my big day which was a gorgeous touch. Would stay again if I was in the area!! Thank you.

Excellent location when visiting delightful Lytham. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was especially handy having the allocated parking space.

We had such a lovely stay in the cottage, it is very homely and fits it perfectly with the surrounding farm. The beds are VERY comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We did lots of walking from the cottage, and also went out in the car to explore further - there are no local facilities local without getting in the car. Nicola (farmer) and coworker were lovely and friendly. Only downside (very slight) is very bumpy lane getting to cottage. Thank you for a great stay.

Really nice cottage with stunning views, local pub is also really nice and the food is lovely, really nice and helpful owners would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Emma's place. The property was really clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and hope to return again.

We (a family of 5) stayed in the Shippon (a lovely comfortable and clean cottage) for a week. The kids enjoyed the big garden with plenty of room to run about. Location is very quiet! Very friendly and kind hosts!

We were very pleased with our stay here. This is a compact but very efficiently laid out little building just right for a couple. Well screened from other nearby buildings. Clean and comfortable, with all essentials. The location is rural, and although close to transport links we found it very quiet. Martin is a friendly host who communicated all we needed to know before arrival.

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.

Catherine's cottage was a pleasure to stay at. The cottage was clean and very well presented and the garden area has seating which is perfect for an evening vino or a morning cuppa. Croston is picture perfect, a short walk to a handful of lovely pub/restaurants, a boutique cocktail bar and an Indian restaurant. A short walk takes you to the river and church, very pretty. Our weekend stay ticked all the boxes, for a busy couple wanting to switch off for 48hours , this cottage, host and village were perfect. There is a shop a few yards away, and a sports bar with cricket pitch and terrace, so we chilled watching a match with drinks. Private parking place also, look forward to returning.

A unique stay, this property has so much charm and the turret stands out as a beautiful feature that adds even more character. It's a cosy and quiet place that's well connected to local public transport, shops, etc, but feels very peaceful. Highly recommend.

Absolutely spotless with as new furnishings throughout. We were visiting the area for a family wedding and this place was ideal. Lots of useful and welcoming items...tea, ground coffee, even a bottle of prosecco. Probably one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at.
