I like the desk. If you have to get work done, then the desk is great. Great hot water and great water pressure.

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. Nice studio. Comfortable. Very nice view, day and night. 17th floor. Building is nice and well kept. Small mall with super market and atms almost across the street.

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

The listing was as shown in the photos. The cleaning was good, and the bedding smelled good, so it helped me sleep well. I had a good time watching movies with my family on the big screen. The pool wasn't big, but it was secluded and nice for the family. The response to the message was quick, and I was able to stay well without any inconvenience with Tatto, which is suitable for help. It is a happy accommodation that I want to come back to on my next trip. Best,

I highly recommend Che's place. great communication. no problems except for ones that I managed to create and she helped me out with those. the only thing that would have truly made it super outstanding would have been to have hot water as opposed to warmish water to shower in. that's not Che's fault though as I did not see any controls for increasing the water temperature so it's the whole building. great aircon and a comfy bed and a nice dark room to sleep in. fast reliable Wi-Fi too. thanks for having me Che, I appreciate it! you guys take care!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

We really enjoyed staying at Miriam & Malane’s place. Upon arriving at the place we saw a speaker with mic attached to it and started singing karaoke while relaxing a bit. The balcony view was breathtaking!! The place is accessible to nearby places to go, but we got lost the first day going to Ayala Malls (which is a funny experience for us) hahahaha the second day we opted to ask the lobby man for easiest route going to IT park, turns out there is another entrance/exit at the pool side. All in all the place and people were very accommodating. And we’d really love to come back. Thank you very much!

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x
