We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Le studio d Anne-marie est vraiment confortable, très bien équipé et fonctionnel. On y trouve tout ce dont on besoin pour un séjour agréable. Notamment une télévision ultra moderne, une machine à laver récente ainsi qu un séchoir pliant. la communication avec Anne-Marie a été fluide et agréable.

This place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in,. Such a well fitted condo, had everything it stated and more, lots of extras other places just don’t have. Really well thought out condo, the swimming pool is fantastic with pool side cafe, a 7/11 just 2 mins walk, taxis easy, and a nice Buffett breakfast available at hotel on roof deck with 360 views of Cebu. Marcley’s communication was excellent, and I made a couple of late changes to my stay dates and he was very helpful, thank you,. I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

The place was perfect for our family. Had lots of activities to do. The caretaker was also very hands on with what we needed. Highly recommended

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft, die ihrem Preis gerecht wurde. Eher ruhige Lage der Unterkunft. Die Straße an der die Bali Residence anlehnt, bietet street- good und einige kleine dörfliche Geschäfte. Bis zu den ersten größeren Läden, sowie auch mäßig bis guten stränden und städtisch ähnlichen Gebieten sind es mit dem Grab oder Tricycle weniger Minuten Fahrtzeit. Appartment in einem hygienisch guten Zustand. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin immer freundlich und zügig.

I highly recommend Che's place. great communication. no problems except for ones that I managed to create and she helped me out with those. the only thing that would have truly made it super outstanding would have been to have hot water as opposed to warmish water to shower in. that's not Che's fault though as I did not see any controls for increasing the water temperature so it's the whole building. great aircon and a comfy bed and a nice dark room to sleep in. fast reliable Wi-Fi too. thanks for having me Che, I appreciate it! you guys take care!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

It's hard to imagine a more responsive, helpful, and friendly host than Viera. She was always available to respond to questions, offer suggestions, including places to visit during my stay, and was open to receiving my own suggestions. She's simply a great host. Her place was very comfortable, exactly as described, and in a very upscale building. I felt very much at home there and it offered all the amenities I needed and wanted. And the kitchen is very well equipped, which made my stay easier as well. The neighborhood is one of the more upscale ones in Cebu and has lots of restaurants and cafes, convenience stores, and a supermarket in a big shopping mall. It's only five minutes walk, if you go in the right direction, which I didn't the first time I looked for it. Be sure to get good directions if you're in doubt! There also are street food offerings nearby. And, I discovered, a direct bus from and to the airport for PHP 50. I highly recommend Viera's place for anyone going to Cebu!

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x
