Everything is good there. We have a good vacation in seven sea.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Jonathan’s place was great. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Mickeys place was very nice and very well located! The view is amazing and very clean! I recommend 10/10!

great location and excellent views I read a guest complained about a stench odor and I believe it was malicious as there was no odor what so ever other a clean scent there were 4 towels for a three day stay some water clean utensils a 5 minute walk in the resort there is good breakfast provided and a restaurant with fantastic views - the food could be a bit better for the price$$$$ but that's not the unit owners fault.

The apartment was great—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Excellent communication with the host, who was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

Place was really clean and decorated nicely. Really close to the beach, sunset view from balcony. 7/11 was a 5 minute walk from the bnb, couple block further was a night market with tons of food and drink options. Would definitely stay here again we had a really pleasant experience here.

Great condo, wonderful apartment and helpful hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little remote, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage machines nearby, 10 minutes walk to 7/11 Of the disadvantages - there are ants in the apartment Nuke is always available, responds quickly, tries to help. Many thanks to you for our comfort during your vacation 🙏 ❤️

Our stay in Pattaya was very nice. The property and the condo matched our expectations and we faced no problem during the stay. The cohosts were always there to help us. Nate, Sunny, Ratthanan were always active to help us in any situation. I felt that I am at home with everything what I need. We tried our level best to be a good guest but incase there is any inconvenience caused due to us we are extremely sorry. Everything was so easy and manageable that I faced no problem even with my 75+ years old parents. Thank you for arranging economical transport too for us. Thank you from all of us for making our trip so memorable.

If you’re looking for some private place than nothing is batter than this place specially at this price totally worth it, host was very responsive & always quick response & take care of guest as well, everything was grate, I would give 10 out of 10 because view from this condo is amazing it’s located at 32th floor, cozy modern style room.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The house is amazing ! The pool and sauna are great features to have in a house. Everything in this house is double the size of what things are normally in a house - which makes it feel like a mansion! I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a luxury vacation. The host communicated well with us and we had no problems during our stay.

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

The place was great to look at and matched the description. The pool was big enough for the group of 16. Interior of house was great quality and look and feel was amazing. However the living and dining hall was quite small to fit everyone at the same time. Kitchen was also small. But since we didnt do major cooking so it was ok. Pool table was also on 2nd floor terrace and inaccessible if the group wanted to stay together. The other drawback was room's accessibility was quite inconvenient. 2nd floor terrace was not accessible from within the house and you had to take stairs from outside. First floor stairs were quite steep and small. Looks like the 8 bedroom property was made in 3 sections which didnt merge well as a single house. Toiletries (hand wash, handtowel, sink liquid) were also missing and for a 2 day trip buying everything is a pain yourself. I raised the request and the caretaker said she will get it but never did. Overall place was good to stay and peaceful.

The pool villa is located in a big and rich villa house compound And it takes only 10 minutes drive the the beach Such a great place to stay long-term as family for unbelievable price too!🥰

We had a lovely stay . New knives and various kitchen utensils were missing in the kitchen and then an oven was missing. Our host Mini has been amazingly friendly and helpful during our stay so we give her 5 big stars ..
