Awesome place to stay for a weekend break from Bkk. Such a cosy house, super-relaxing. Only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because we wouldn't want it booked out when we try to come back!

I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

David Mena十分友善熱情..在出發前David已經給了我一些附近景點建議和超級市場 入住當日他們親自迎接我們並且會逐一介紹房間..即使我們英文不太好David都會用簡單的例子讓我們明白和溝通，真的十分親切 在旅程中當我遇到問題時我都可以從他們身上得到幫助 我真的很感謝他們 我在退房當日，下雨了 我正在苦惱沒有雨傘時..David 就撐著傘出現了..真的太捧了 房子和相片描述相符，環境十分舒適 你會感受到David Mena真的有用心佈置房子 廚房和健身房設備都很齊全 床褥枕頭也非常舒適 屋內泳池也很乾淨而且一直傳來花香 真的是超級享受 總結是..我在這裡渡過了很愉快舒適的假期很而且很高興認識到David Mena 謝謝David Mena這個星期的照顧 希望會再次入住和見面

my family really enjoyed our stay in this home. The lady owner was so friendly with a lovely smile. The pool was the main attraction and the kids had hours of fun in it. not to far from Pattaya beach 10 minutes by car and a short grab ride to nightlife. cant recommend too much will definitely be back

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

Sehr schöne Villa, sehr empfehlenswert. Alles sauber modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Nur zum empfehlen!

De accommodatie was boven onze verwachting. Met het zwembad het middelpunt en trekpleister van het huisje. We voelden ons gelijk thuis en werden goed opgevangen ondanks dat we wat eerder waren. De omgeving is rustig maar alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand. De host is super helpvol en reageert heel snel op vragen. Bedankt Deedy en misschien tot de volgende keer

Village Austria was a splendid location. Very convenient with BigC just 20meters and 7-Eleven 30meters from the doorstep. The pool was wonderful and clean. This venue had better equipped snacks, water, toiletries and a full fledged kitchen and BBQ stove. The host was very responsive with local recommendations and engaged with towel changes and cleaning. We really enjoyed this place especially the restaurant opposite our villa called Anne's Island which had really authentic Jamaican jerk chicken! Thanks to staff Gitar and Keng. 🙏

A great place for family and friends travelling together, spacious room. Kai is very helpful for providing information upon request. We had a wonderful time in Pattaya.

Absolutely stunning Villa and in peaceful and secure private estate . 100% would have no second thoughts about booking this Villa again . Myself, my daughter and her cousin had the best 8 days staying here
