Well located near everything. Shopping centers and grocery stores within walking distance. The beach is also very close. The room is quiet because it’s on the 12th floo, and there is only one other room next to it. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna being available to use was a nice bonus. Thonpakkhaon was very attentive to our needs. Will stay again.

Jonathan’s place was great. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

The condo was great! Well maintained and fantastic amenities. Location very good and close to attractions. Host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Money well spent. Great location. The place is much better in person than the pictures. Quiet spot in the heart of it all. Large one bedroom on the 7th floor. Comfortable couch, 2 big LG tv’s and a very comfortable king size bed. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your time. Great pool . I would definitely stay again. Great staff to deal with, no complaints!!👍🙏

Everything was clean and in good working order. Great view, pool and exercise room. The building is very well maintained.

Great place to stay..it was easy to check in and check out. The place was neat and tidy all kinds of gadgets were there... Dr. Supot was very helpful and suggested the best. Pool to gym everything was as shown in the picture was the same and amazing...I would love to visit the same property again soon...

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

Our stay in Pattaya was very nice. The property and the condo matched our expectations and we faced no problem during the stay. The cohosts were always there to help us. Nate, Sunny, Ratthanan were always active to help us in any situation. I felt that I am at home with everything what I need. We tried our level best to be a good guest but incase there is any inconvenience caused due to us we are extremely sorry. Everything was so easy and manageable that I faced no problem even with my 75+ years old parents. Thank you for arranging economical transport too for us. Thank you from all of us for making our trip so memorable.

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The house is amazing ! The pool and sauna are great features to have in a house. Everything in this house is double the size of what things are normally in a house - which makes it feel like a mansion! I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a luxury vacation. The host communicated well with us and we had no problems during our stay.

The place was great to look at and matched the description. The pool was big enough for the group of 16. Interior of house was great quality and look and feel was amazing. However the living and dining hall was quite small to fit everyone at the same time. Kitchen was also small. But since we didnt do major cooking so it was ok. Pool table was also on 2nd floor terrace and inaccessible if the group wanted to stay together. The other drawback was room's accessibility was quite inconvenient. 2nd floor terrace was not accessible from within the house and you had to take stairs from outside. First floor stairs were quite steep and small. Looks like the 8 bedroom property was made in 3 sections which didnt merge well as a single house. Toiletries (hand wash, handtowel, sink liquid) were also missing and for a 2 day trip buying everything is a pain yourself. I raised the request and the caretaker said she will get it but never did. Overall place was good to stay and peaceful.

The pool villa is located in a big and rich villa house compound And it takes only 10 minutes drive the the beach Such a great place to stay long-term as family for unbelievable price too!🥰

We had a lovely stay . New knives and various kitchen utensils were missing in the kitchen and then an oven was missing. Our host Mini has been amazingly friendly and helpful during our stay so we give her 5 big stars ..

The villa is amazing, all of the kids (and Big kids) loved the pool table and karaoke. The swimming pool is just fantastic and is huge, the slide is a great touch. We all had an amazing time.
