Really cozy apartment. Good condo, there was a terrace on the roof of the building, large and long pool, 24 hour security, the fitness room. The apartment have all the utensils and things I needed. One minus is not very convenient location, the beach road is a 20-minute walk away

Very nice quiet modern apartment definitely worth the price. No problems checking in or checking out. Everything was super smooth and they were very responsive. I definitely give it a high recommendation

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr freundliche und flexible Gastgeberin 10/10. Würde wieder kommen, alles war so Sauber wie angegeben und die Aussicht vom 22. Stock war auch Super. Nur zu empfehlen 👌

Super schöne Wohnung, sieht aus wie auf den Fotos! Tanja ist immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral und grade mit dem Taxi ist man schnell überall. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

OpYing gehört zu den absoluten Superhosts. Alles ist perfekt organisiert für den check-in und es ist somit sehr einfach in die Unterkunft zu gelangen. OpYing ist immer erreichbar, außerordentlich hilfsbereit und sowie sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung im 29. Stock mit dem großen Balkon und der tollen Aussicht gehört zu den besten im Base. Man findet bei der Ankunft immer alles sehr sauber und ordentlich aufgeräumt vor. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr schnell und stabil. Auf dem Balkon gibt es eine Waschmaschine und genug Möglichkeiten um die Wäsche auch dort zu trocknen. Auf Wunsch erfolgt eine Reinigung sowie ein Bettwäschewechsel. Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt und bereits mehrmals hier für längere Zeit gebucht. Ich vergebe auf jeden Fall 5-Sterne und komme wieder gerne zurück.

Renata’s apartment is perfect for any stay in Pattaya. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities and in a great location to get to all the main attractions. Renata is a wonderful host who communicates clearly and quickly. She gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants, and kind enough to let us check out late as our flight times changed. Highly recommended.

The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

Mein zweites Mal bei Bua, nur diesmal in einem anderen Airbnb. Es gab wieder nichts zu bemängeln. Das Condo liegt im Zentrum und es ist alles was das Herz begehrt fußläufig in Reichweite. Bua reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen. Sämtliche Abläufe waren makellos. Danke Bua und hoffentlich bis bald !

Richard was my host and the listing absolutely matched the description. it's 3-4 minutes walk away from 7/11. There are massage centres and eateries right outside the apartment. the apartment itself is very beautiful with a very beautiful swimming pool, and gym. it has a sauna too which I didn't even see. would like to come back... I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Well located near everything. Shopping centers and grocery stores within walking distance. The beach is also very close. The room is quiet because it’s on the 12th floo, and there is only one other room next to it. Swimming pool, hot tub and sauna being available to use was a nice bonus. Thonpakkhaon was very attentive to our needs. Will stay again.

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

It’s my 2nd booking with Mr. Gabor and I have everything nice to say about this condominium. It’s nestled behind what will soon be the highest building in Pattaya - the Grand Solaire. The precincts remain quiet despite the ongoing construction as the foundation has already been laid. The unit is located in Building D, and as I know, each building is under a different management even though all 7 buildings share a common lobby, courtyard garden and 2 swimming pools. The unit overlooks the beautiful courtyard garden where 2 lap pools are sprawled across a series of reflecting pools and cascading waterfalls amid the rustling and swaying of coconut leaves in the wind. There are 4 convenience stores in the vicinity, and an action-packed night market that keeps the neighborhood busy right through the wee hours. The condominium offers a huge bang for your buck compared to the pretenders in the vicinity, Arcadia & Co. especially :)
