Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bang Kho Laem

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and the beautiful design made us feel at home right away. It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. And when we accidentally left some valuable items behind, she immediately helped us and sent them via express delivery — we are beyond grateful! Nym, you are the best host on all of Airbnb! Thank you so much for everything — we will definitely come back!

Such a lovely home, great choice for friends and family staying.

We stayed for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The internet was impressively fast (463/338 Mbps), which was perfect for remote work. There are some extra amenities not listed in the description that were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. While the room and kitchen are both quite small, they're still very functional and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — there's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters away, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The MRT and BTS stations are about 500 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Charin’s home. The house is clean, spacious, and full of charm, exactly as described. It’s well equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, air conditioning, washing machine, and even thoughtful extras like bottled water. The location is peaceful yet very convenient, just a short walk to IconSiam, the BTS station, 7-Eleven, and plenty of local food spots and street vendors. It really gives you a taste of authentic Bangkok while still being close to everything. Charin was an excellent host, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked. His instructions were clear, and he always responded quickly to any questions we had. We felt right at home and very well taken care of during our stay. This place is a true hidden gem, and we’d happily return again. Highly recommended!

The host was very nice and helpful — he even made sure to be there when we checked in. The design of the place is great, especially the living room, which is stylish and perfect for young people. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. The only minor downside is the soundproofing — you can hear some noise from outside in the morning. But overall, a great experience!

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

We had amazing Thai breakfasts that set us up for our explorations and were flexible with one very early start. While staying on a canal was a little noisy (quiet at night) it was a really interesting neighbourhood and our host arranged a long boat canal tour. It was great to have a garden to sit in and plan our days. We would enthusiastically return to this accommodation.

We had a very nice time at Sunee's house! They respond very quickly and always give answers. We live on the 4th floor. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with AC in each room. The house has multiple keys and security measures, which make you feel very safe all the time. PS, A nice cafe is located near the house, and you can also get a Thai milk tea there.

Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

A Perfect Stay in Bangkok! This loft was an absolute gem—spotless and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The linens smelled amazing, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The highlight? Three terraces offering stunning panoramic views of the city—morning coffee and evening sunsets were unforgettable. Karol and Kay were outstanding hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

Were privileged to rent this condominium, complete furnishings, good bed, full bathroom with (rain)shower, and bath......and beautiful view of the chaopraya! And then the pool on the 6th floor, really beautiful! There was also a complete gym,.....but did not use it. Free boat service to the other side included. Nath is a superhost!, always responded immediately to questions and immediately thought along in solutions and arranged it! We have been to Bangkok several times, but this time it was completely top! With this I also want to mention the staff, such as the ladies of the cleaning, security for their work, kindness and service orientation, nothing was too much for them!! We had a great time and really can't think of what could be better,.....again Mr. Nath, thank you so much for the hospitality!!

The unit was as advertised— great views and lots of space. Hosts were attentive and helpful in arranging transport from the airport for our late check-in. A solid, no-frills stay!

Felt at home right away. Clean and spacious condo with lots of appliances, free snacks and coffee. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area ☺️

A great apartment, exactly as described and located in the (new) center of the city. Two big parks around the corner. The blue-line (MRT) connects you with every other major line and is just a short walk away (you can use your credit card visa/master at the gates and don't need to buy extra tickets, which is super convenient). Transit wise a great location, a lot of hotspots can be reached pretty fast (restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, local markets, shopping malls aso.). Ami and her team were super supportive and informative. They made sure that everything went smoothly and safely during check-in, check-out and in between. If you have any questions just ask .. honestly .. very attentive within a short period of time. Your questions will be either answered directly or a solution will be figured out. I had trouble turning on the AC since I was pointing the remote into the wrong direction - just one "Hello, I have question..." and it was figured out. Thx, would gladly stay again 😊.

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Lebua State Tower during our trip to Bangkok, and I must say it was one of the most memorable stays we had, largely thanks to our fantastic host, Mr. Park, and the exceptional quality of his Airbnb. From the very beginning, Mr. Park was an absolute gem to communicate with. He responded to all my inquiries quickly and thoroughly, providing clear directions for check-in and helpful tips about the area and local recos. Upon arrival, Mr. Park ensured that everything in the room was in perfect condition for our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of, far beyond what you might typically expect from an Airbnb host. The room itself is simply breathtaking. The unit is located in the iconic Lebua State Tower. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the spectacular view of the Chao Phraya River and the cityscape will stay with you long after your trip.

I had a great stay here. Host is very kind and always reply quickly for convenience. This accomodation is same as description on this page. It’s so clean and comfortable. I recommand it for traveller to explore around Bangkok.

Everything worked out just fine. Very good description to get from the train, stop, AOK, to the apartment. The apartment could use a little searching and reworking, but all in all it's perfectly fine. The kitchen could be a little more organized. The pool is really good, especially after a busy day in the city. Wi-Fi works and the washing machine does its job. The host is quick to reach and fixes minor defects immediately. I can only highly recommend this accommodation, it is quiet, well located and large enough for two people, I would gladly come back anytime.

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.
