Nice apartment facing the sea with south-facing balcony in a secure residence with parking. Comfortable. 1st floor without elevator access. Renovated apartment with a bedroom with a 140 X 190 double bed. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi. "La Résidence" is located opposite the sandy beach of Grand Vallat, with access to a private beach with a pergola. Boules court, ping pong table and deckchairs are available. Located less than a 10-minute walk to the city center and its shops.

An excellent stay! Frédéric is very nice and very welcoming, he can offer you many places to see and visit in the area. The accommodation is impeccable, very functional and perfectly arranged and decorated. Its location is ideal, practically on the waterfront, and the center of Bandol is accessible on foot in a few minutes with all the necessary amenities. We had a lovely few days in this beautiful location! It has the wow factor with the beautiful pool and the partial view of the sea, beautiful palm trees and plants all around! The inside is clean and minimalist but has everything you need. It was calm and super private, it was everything we needed to relax and recharge our batteries! There’s a boulangerie 5mn walking and a groceries store very close by, also some beautiful walk in nature at the door step! Thanks to Eric who was very helpful and great communication.

We had a wonderful stay and give the apartment 5 stars. The view of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace was sensational. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. High-quality kitchen appliances were provided in the kitchen. 10 minutes walk and you were at the harbor with many restaurants and shops. Bakery less than 5 minutes walk. The private parking was also a real plus. The care of Frederik 1 and Frederik 2 perfect :-) We can only recommend this apartment.

We had a great time with the family. The villa is very nice and beautifully located. The setting is splendid and the shops and beach can be reached in 3 minutes by foot. We had a hard time leaving!
