Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

Modern and cozy apartment in the city

The apartment is located in Ivrea, in a very quiet area of the center, surrounded by all the main services (bar, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy etc.). From the apartment, very convenient to all means of transportation, the points of greatest interest and venue of events in the city are within walking distance, such as the historic center, the Ivrea Canoa Club, the "Giacosa" theater, the famous "Balla" pastry shop. Below the apartment is a free parking lot reserved for condominiums.

Cozy apartment in a quiet area near the river. With a pleasant walk along the riverbank, you can reach the center of Ivrea. Strategic location for trekking and skiing (50 minutes by car to the nearest ski resorts). Train station is a 15-minute walk away, easy access to the highway and free parking area nearby. Turin is 40 km away. Several possibilities for sports activities nearby: mountain biking, trekking, climbing, kayaking. Or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation on the balcony.

Stay in the Unesco World Heritage

It is part of the Olivetti "West Residential Center" in Ivrea. It is one of the most important examples of Italian architecture, a UNESCO World Heritage Site "Ivrea industrial city of the 20th century". The complex is built on two floors with a semicircular plan, completely underground, about 300 meters long. Designed in 1968 by architects Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Oreglia d'Isola, it is the object of study by architects and university students from all over the world.

La Mason dl'Ansiva - Cabin in Gran Paradiso

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

The apartment is inside a historic complex, dating back to around 1700. The entrance is on a large courtyard with a cobblestone floor. Two flor flat with lot's of light, nicely furnished, private terrace. Strategically located along the road to the Aosta Valley. Two free parking spaces 30 and 200 meters from the apartment. Possibility of indoor bicycle parking available.

L'abitazione è composta da una camera con letto doppio e divano letto, cucina e bagno. L'appartamento degli ospiti è al primo piano, raggiungibile con una scala. Fermata del bus a 5 minuti, parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Studio, suitable for one or two people, maximum 3 in exceptional cases (sofa bed). Suitable for children. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Particularly suitable for access to the hospital (50 meters) and for getting around the central area on foot or by car. Free municipal parking near the apartment.
