Villa holiday rentals in Ban Tai

Johnny war als unser Ansprechpartner ein perfekter Gastgeber. Er hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt und uns direkt beim mieten eines Rollers, was unverzichtbar für unseren Urlaub war, geholfen. Die Villa liegt perfekt in der Mitte der Insel, was für Ausflüge, Strände und Restaurants perfekt war. Eine kleine grüne Oase, in der wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Das offene gestaltete Haus mit dem Pool war die perfekte Entscheidung um uns auch bei Regen draußen aufhalten zu können. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht und uns sehr mit der Natur und den Tieren verbunden gefühlt.

No doubt, amazing place😍 I felt like a billionaire with that view. House is bigger than it seems on photos. Everything is new. Sunset sky and sunset time overall is incredible. Communications were super fast and responsive. And me and my family slept much better than we usually sleep in Bali. Also a big bonus was a separate small house for a nanny of our daughter👍👍

We stayed here as 2 couples for 6 nights. The place is amazing! Beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was quiet (I’m a light sleeper) with solid walls. The view is unbelievable, and the beach was lovely for swimming, walking 5-10 mins to a plethora of great restaurants, and peaceful. Would definitely book again, missing it as a I write this review!

Diese Villa ist ein Traum!!! Von Anfang an gab es eine freundliche, schnelle Kommunikation mit Sebastian, sodass von Abholung an der Fähre bis Check in alles reibungslos verlief. An der Villa empfingen uns Sebastian und Olivia so unglaublich freundlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Sogar einen Roller haben die beiden organisiert, der uns direkt vor die Haustür gebracht wurde. Toller Service! Alles war super sauber, gepflegt und wunderschön - der Pool und der Ausblick haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen und können nur jedem empfehlen, dieses Haus zu buchen! :)

We hebben een heerlijke tijd in de prachtige villa van JR gehad. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in af te koelen na een stranddagje of in de avond. Fijne badkamer, fijne matrassen en genoeg hangers voor je kleding. JR zelf was erg behulpzaam en reageerde altijd op de vele vragen die ik had (sorry JR 🌺). Hij gaf ook geweldige tips voor waar we de laatste uurtjes voor de vlucht terug naar Bangkok konden doorbrengen. Vroeg en laat inchecken was geen probleem, hij dacht echt mee en waar mogelijk komt hij je tegemoet. Dat was heel fijn! Enige minpuntje wat ik me kan bedenken is dat de airco’s niet helemaal optimaal zijn voor de ruimte. De zon staat de hele dag op de villa, wat uiteraard heerlijk is, maar de airco’s konden de ruimte niet genoeg koelen. Maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken, we hebben van ieder moment genoten! Dank je wel voor je gastvrijheid JR ☺️

I ‘ ve been in Koh phangan many times and booked different villas but this one in absolutely was the best I ever booked . First of all thanks to Anna (the manager) that was always available for any request and helpful. Second my congratulations to the owner (a French lady I didn’t have the pleasure to meet) for her wonderful taste in the decoration of the house . Every details , every corner of the house is amazing. You won’t stay just in a villa you will experience a charming house with a mix of Thai and Balinese style . We spent a wonderful week there and I am sure we will come back soon . When an owner is putting her heart inside a house you can fill it . My congratulations !

Une vue à couper le souffle ! Un environnement tellement magnifique, de tous les côtés, qu'il a été difficile de quitter la Villa tellement l'on s'y sent bien. Spacieuse, confortable, très joliement décorée... et un staff au petit soin. Pour information, deux chiens habitent le lieu, globalement gentils ils surveillent la maison et tout visiteur est aboyé. Ils s'installent sur les fauteuils (il ne faut pas être allergique car il y a des poils) et peuvent se montrer hostiles si l'on s'approche trop rapidement, même si vous êtes calmes (grognements, dents visisbles). il ne faut pas avoir peur car cela s'arrête là. Nous avons des enfants qui jouent et peuvent être bruyants dans la piscine, cela n'a pas semblé énerver les chiens qui se sont montrés gentils avec les enfants. Nous avons fait un super cours de Yoga un matin à la Villa, recommandé par Luna Management, excellent, comme les restos ou la ballade en bateau privé au parc national. Bref, je recommande totalement !

Wir waren 4 Nächte zu viert in der Villa eingemietet. Der Platz ist absolut ausreichend, die Zimmer sind riesig. Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und alles sehr ordentlich. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits, das heißt man sollte mobil sein (am besten ein Roller mieten). James ist sehr hilfsbereit und organisiert alles (Taxi von der Fähre zum Haus, Roller die direkt an die Villa geliefert werden). Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Great location, central to everything within a short drive. Location up the hill had fabulous unobstructed views. We used all the amenities the host offered including in house spa, private cheif, grocery delivery, activity coordination, breakfast and all were excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and they even put up decoration. The staff was helpful while giving us our space. We were three couples, no kids, traveling from the states.

Truly a remarkable place! Beautiful villa directly on beach. Pool was outstanding- large and wonderful water temperature. Outdoor shower big plus! Rooms were 5 stars and bathrooms perfect. Breakfast included! Most importantly, Kob was there everyday; she made breakfast individualized to each of our family members, cleaned rooms to 5 star hotel level, and washed our clothes daily (an amazing perk)! David is so incredibly responsive- restaurant recommendations, airport questions, and even clinic recommendations when my wife has a minor health issue (worked out great!). A/c in bedrooms are A+. Few things to note- kitchen/dining/living rooms are open air al fresco with fans- 24 hours of high humidity in June limited the amount of time we spent in these areas. Beach has great sand- perfect for sand castles, but is a bit rocky (water shoes) and shallow for a long distance- great for little kids. Exit off main road to Villa complex could use better signage and lighting.

Amazing experience! The villa is so beautiful and private, there was a housekeeping and cleaning every day which was great, the host took care of everything that we have asked for and gave us some great recommendations! Super close to the beautiful Malibu beach and chaloklum village. Beautiful peace of mind, we wish we could have stay longer

We had an excellent stay at Villa Syama. Rachel was very quick to reply with any queries that we had and her staff were very attentive! Views from the property are spectacular as well.

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

Nous avons réservé 5 nuits dans cette magnifique villa, en tant que groupe de 4 amis. Tout d’abord, l’accueil très chaleureux de Cécilia et Floriane nous a profondément touchés. La villa est superbe, avec une très belle piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses, accueillantes et bien agencées. Le service de chambre passait chaque jour pour rafraîchir le logement. Cécilia s’est assurée à tout moment que tout se passait bien pour nous et a été proactive pour répondre à chacune de nos demandes. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans cette très belle villa, idéale pour des vacances reposantes entre amis ou en couple. Encore un grand merci à Cécilia pour avoir rendu ce séjour possible dans d’aussi bonnes conditions !

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos. Sehr schön und Sauber. Anna die Gastgeberin ist sehr Hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Organisiert Taxis oder Mietwagen und sonstiges, und kennt sich in der Gegend aus. Der CheckIn wurde sehr einfach und unkompliziert durchgeführt, wie auch der CheckOut. Wir waren zu 5 und hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt.

We had a wonderful time at Natalie's and Motti's place! It was perfect for our small family (7y and 15m old). The kids loved the pool and the fact that the beach is literally at your doorstep. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed including air conditioning, ventilators and a nice kitchen. Natalia was super responsive, understanding and very friendly throughout and made sure we had a great stay.

We got the place cheaper than the original price but after staying here for 3 nights I’d happily pay the normal price and stay again! Very peaceful place to stay, right on the beach for nice morning walks and the hosts were always responsive when messaged. Thank you!

Вот и кончился отпуск, вот и пришлось уехать с земного филиала рая... Но несмотря на тоску от возвращения в обычную жизнь, воспоминания об отпуске, проведенном на этой вилле, тепло греют душу. Вилла абсолютно хороша во всём - просторная, светлая, красивая-стильная, 4 отдельные спальни с 4 санузлами, афигенный бассейн с видом на пальмы и джунгли, очень много места для посиделок, и плюсом ко всему огроменный телек для кинопросмотров. Вилла свежая, ремонт в хайтек стиле аккуратный и новый, всё работает как часы. Если бы можно было оставить оценку 100, то я бы поставил 150/100. Вилла не только оправдала все ожидания, но и не глядя превзошла их, как только мы переступили её порог. Владелец виллы Павел предупредительно рассказал где находится вилла, как попасть внутрь, что где находится, как чем пользоваться. С Павлом было крайне приятно общаться. Очень рекомендую эту виллу для аренды компанией от 4 до 8 человек.

Min kæreste og jeg tilbragte en uge i den smukke villa i koh samui, vi blev hentet da vi kom fra koh phangan og kørt til lufthavnen da vi skulle videre. Du kommer hen til det dejligste og mest rolige sted, der er egen pool med badedyr, snacks, drikkelse i køleskabet, vaskemaskine og mere til! Det lå meget centralt, man skulle ikke mere end 10-20 min, så havde man alt man kunne tænke sig. Helt klart en kæmpe anbefaling for pengene! Vi vender stærkt tilbage en anden gang.

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super – genau wie beschrieben und PeeOn, die Servicekraft hat sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Die Gastgeberin Gaelle war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat den Check-in reibungslos gestaltet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Absolutely perfect. The villa was beautiful and the staff were just as amazing. I was worried about the location being a distance from the beaches and excursions but Jook and the "team" became more like family/friends. Always there there and reliable. Couldn't ask for more from the host. Our best AirBNB ever. :)

Lovely villa, beautiful views of both a waterfall, jungle and haad salad sea view beyond. Perfect to host a dinner party, comfortable beds and great surround sound system. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend ⭐️
