Would 100% stay in this amazing villa again. Olivier was great host with plenty of recommendations, very good at communicating and friendly. The hill is steep but with Olivier’s help we managed to ride a scooter up comfortably. The views and pool were unreal. Location is close to everything!

We booked the villa after we disappointed from another place nearby. Ying welcomed us in a short notice, made sure everything is clean and ready for us. This villa is the BEST we ever been in. Everything is so well designed, the view is incredible, exactly like in the pictures and even more. We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. Super recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this villa and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. The location is super convenient if you have a scooter, as it gives you easy access to all the nearby hotspots while still being tucked away in a quiet, relaxing area. The villa itself was perfect for me and my girlfriend. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and really well thought out in terms of layout and amenities. Everything we needed was there—from kitchenware, towels to a great TV setup and cozy touches that made it feel like home. You can tell that a lot of care was put into making the space welcoming and functional. Shoutout to Cecile and Johann—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and super quick to respond any time we had a question or needed anything. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You really feel taken care of. Thanks again, def. would wanna come back!!

If you're looking for luxury go your way, this place is cut off from everything and allows you to find yourself in the middle of nature, away from the pollution and noise of the city! Lovely place. Felt really warm with be bedside lamps. The bed is very comfy too. Peaceful location. Couple of late night restaurants only a short walk.

Nice cute space that you can see what was done for yourself. Which is valuable. Very quiet, despite the seemingly neighborhood that doesn't suggest it. You can't hear the bars and in the morning the beautiful sounds of birds from all the surrounding hills. The house is located so that neighboring trees and hills seem to block the road and do not hear sounds from bikes and cars. We liked everything. The only thing I would like to add is that there were no desks in the space, which were in the photo with monitors - it may make sense to remove them from the description, since it was important for us to sit at a laptop and work, but we found a way out of the situation behind the transfer table sitting on the floor. This is ok for me. On the veranda you can sunbathe, there are weights for sports activities, a great view of the sunset. We did not hear neighbors from neighboring houses, although they were there. The kitchen is as complete as possible with everything you might need for cooking. Thank you!

Tattaya is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered in Airbnb. Super friendly, organized, available and really sweet. We also love her kitty! Would not hesitate to stay again.

Jana's apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and offered a great view. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Jana was super accessible, always responded quickly and gave helpful tips on restaurants. I highly recommend renting a scooter, as the accommodation is a bit remote – so you are flexible and can explore the area well. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

We had the most amazing time staying right on the beach—you literally step outside and you’re on the sand! The location is unbeatable, peaceful yet close to so many fantastic restaurants and local spots. Perfect for families looking for both relaxation and convenience. Communication with the host was exceptional from start to finish—super responsive, friendly, and helpful with every detail. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The space was clean, cozy, and had that perfect beachy charm. Our family felt right at home. Great place to stay that we would return to anytime! The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was totally clean and very comfortably furnished. Phil even organized a guitar for me as he had read that I like to play guitar. We have never been to such a well-equipped apartment. We are thrilled and highly recommend the hosts and the apartment. Amazing Apartment! This apartment is truly stunning – it looks even better than the pictures! Everything is brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail (like remote control fans, window screens, locks, and orthopedic pillows). The A/C works perfectly, and everything feels thoughtfully considered. Just a heads-up: If you're a light sleeper, there is some construction noise outside (common in Koh Phangan). However, apart from that one point, our stay was absolutely perfect! Mark is an incredibly attentive and responsive host, quickly helping with anything we needed. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway, but still remaining in short distance from everything (car/moto is needed). We definitely recommend it!

we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers (14 and 17 years old) and we had a great time staying 5 days in koh phsngan using the house as a base to visit the island. we had our own car the house is very well located ( a bite steap at the start 😋) close to haad Yao beach with a lot of nice restaurants ( Pura Vida, Cocoloco, Buba). the team was very responsive and helpful all the time, always giving good advise on where / what to do. the pictures describing the house matches reality and the view is very beautifull ! we recommend sunset around 0630 pm , Magic !!

The place matched the description. Lovely serene surroundings, very quiet and peaceful. The house was small, but very cosy, a traditional Thai style. There was everything that I needed. Dmitrii was a great host, always responsive and supportive. I enjoyed my stay there. Definitely recommended 🙏

The house is a small corner of paradise, immersed in tranquility. We were there for 17 days and they flew by in an instant! The outdoor area allowed for individual online work. The house is complete with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very comfortable bed, space for personal items, The host is extremely helpful in providing information about the area. The village is an 8-minute walk from the house. We left today... and we already miss it! Highly recommended P.S. we were joined by a wonderful red kitten, whom we named "Lina". We don't know if he will remain faithful to that house or if he already was, but we hope that in the future the next guests will take care of it as we did!

This is a very cozy and comfortable accommodation. As soon as we entered, we fell in love with this cozy house and quiet place. The house is bright, the sunlight penetrates beautifully in the morning. In the evening, you can turn on the lights and create additional comfort. The house has everything necessary for living, a kitchen with dishes, a veranda with a table and comfortable chairs for work, and there is even a gazebo for yoga classes. We already miss this place and we're going to come back next year. We definitely recommend it!

Great airbnb for a our short 4 day trip to the island. Marina was super helpful and friendly giving us amazing local recommendations and hospitality. They picked us up from the pier and brought us back when we were leaving also. There's also a number of bike rental shops right next to the airbnb which made renting a bike extremely easy. Had some slight issues with the bathroom but for a short trip it was not that big of an issue. Would highly recommend for a short trip to the island!
