Holiday rentals with a patio in Ban Tai

Il posto era bellissimo, una camera stupenda, molto grande, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort tra cui vasca da bagno e doccia. In generale il residence era molto bello ed elegante, con piscina sul mare e spiaggia privata. Georgy è sempre stato disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile, dandoci informazioni e rispondendo ad ogni eventuale richiesta. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Este departamento tiene la cama más cómoda y deliciosa que he probado en un Airbnb, las almohadas son perfectas y realmente logras tener pleno descanso, aparte de todo lo necesario te dejan un tratamiento y spray para el cabello absolutamente espectacular, como mujer lo agradecerás🤭👌🏻 El alojamiento de Nemo está perfectamente decorado, han cuidado cada atención al detalle, está súper limpio y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario y más para una estadía placentera y cómoda🌿🐚🙌🏻 La lavadora/secadora son un mega plus cuando viajas por tantas semanas, cafetera con café para moler, té, condimentos básicos, cortinas black out, implementos básicos de limpieza, todo es absolutamente cómodo, el sofá, la TV, la aspiradora, el balcón, todo me encantó!!! Si puedes reservarlo no dudes en hacerlo, tendrás un experiencia maravillosa desde un lugar con excelente ubicación y Nemo es un gran host😊 Gracias por todo! Saludos, Dani & Will 💜

Located in my favourite part of Samui which is a little more peaceful but with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars near by. The sea is a short walk, about 10 mins. There’s a steep road up to the apartment but then you have a beautiful sea view from the living and dining area. Very comfortable for our week’s stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Barish’s place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect – close to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. Barush was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and offer helpful tips about the area. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and a guidebook with local recommendations. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Ich hatte eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Max ist ein herausragender Gastgeber – er hat sich stets um mein Wohlbefinden gekümmert, extrem schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und war bei jedem Problem sofort zur Stelle. Nous avons adoré notre sejour dans cette grande maison ! il ya une belle petite piscine avec vue et aussi une grande cuisine ! 3 chambres cool et un dortoir ! on a vachement aimé l'environnement et ausssi les bons conseils de laurent ! super endroit mais pas pour les fragiles ou les fatigués ! on reviendra de sur !

Prachtige vila die met zoveel sfeer is ingericht. Ultiem plekje om te genieten van de zonsondergang aan het water. Heerlijke bedden, zeer volledige keuken, mooie badkamer. De hosts zijn heel vriendelijk, gezellig en flexibel. Je voelt dat ze dit plekje met passie hebben gemaakt. Wat ons betreft een heel leuk stuk van het eiland met van alles te doen en leuke restaurantjes. Zeker boeken voor je ultieme eiland ervaring. Bedankt voor alles! We missen het nu al 🥲

One of the most special and unique houses i've encountered in KohPangan. You feel at home from the moment you step in . The balcony is prestine, outdoor kitchen is well equiped and the living room is amazing . All the interesting spots are just 5-10 min motorbike ride .

We had a wonderful stay at Chanin’s place! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to explore the island easily by scooter. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Chanin was a fantastic host : kind, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. You can really feel that he cares about his guests. We would definitely come back and can highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a quiet, authentic Ko Phangan experience.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen AirBnB-Anlage auf Koh Samui! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne Pool, der jeden Tag zum Entspannen einlud, sowie die ruhige Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, wirklich abzuschalten. Die Anlage ist sehr neu und in einem super Zustand – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nadege war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genau wie auf den Bildern. Nadege war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

The Apartment was in a great location. You could walk to the beach, the convenience store, and various restaurants. We had been staying in many hotels on this trip, and getting an apartment was a GREAT decision. The place had an oversized couch, a comfy bed, and a washer machine, but most of all, there was LOTS of room to spread out as opposed to a cramped hotel room for the same price. It had easy parking for our rented motorbike, which was a plus. We will definitely stay here next year as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Really beautiful ocean view and good restaurants just under the rooms. They were quite helpful and sorted a scooter for us. The room was great and cozy 👍🏼

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean as a whistle and great quality . Bed was huge and super comfortable. Slept really well here for a week. ( chronic insomniac!!) . Air conditioning was sublime. Lovely pool when you feel like a day off sight seeing . Walking distance from the beach - absolutely stunning also with several great beach cafés , and a ‘high street’ of more wonderful places to eat . A couple of super boojie cafes that are less ‘Thai’ but absolutely everywhere serves divine fresh fruit smoothies and really good coffee. Could have stayed a few years!!

Отличное расположение квартиры, вид на море и бассейн, хорошая шумоизоляция. Рядом берег с причалами, на нем нельзя купаться, но много вкусных заведений и рынок. Если вы на байке, то это идеальное место для жилья. Сама квартира в прекрасном состоянии, ухоженная и стильная. Быстрый интернет, этот момент был нам очень важен для работы из жилья. Также отзывчивый персонал, мы попросили обновить сковороду, и нам ее купили на следующий день. Оплата за коммунальные услуги за 2 недели вышла около 50$.

Мы остановились тут на две недели. Нам очень нравится этот район, мы были на машине, поэтому добираться везде удобно, но и пешком тоже можно прогуляться до ближайших пляжей 👌🏻 в квартире есть все необходимое, для полноценной жизни и отдыха! Уборка раз в неделю, с заменой полотенец и сменой белья! Хозяин был добр и заселил нас в 11 утра, нам не пришлось ждать с ребенком после выселения с предыдущего жилья, просто загрузили вещи в машину и через 10 минут уже были в новом доме ☺️ огромный респект 👍🏻 за это! Спасибо 🫶
