The house is comfortable and the a/c works great. We had a good time.

We had booked the villa for 3 nights. During the booking process the owner responded very fast and did follow up with warm hospitality. On check in day, he would obtain our vehicle number to inform gate security in advance so we don’t have any problem when getting in. The nice lady who opened door for us explained the facilities and rules to us very details. The villa is clean and prefect for families and friends group as most of the bed are double bed with own bathroom so you can have 3 families of 4 stay in the same villa without queuing for bathroom. Entertainment facilities are well organised and thoughtful, it have pool table, karaoke and BBQ facilities, not to mention the clean and beautiful pool. Check out process were very smooth too, the lady came on time and check everything and let us leave the villa gave us enough time to catch our flight. We highly recommend to book with Eddie.

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

Nice place for a big family. Not the most luxurious place, but fit the needs of our outing and fit the budget. Definitely need to have transportation to get around. Would recommend for a getaway if you just wanna hang out with a large group.

Первый раз останавливались в таком жилье. Место удалено от центра, я знал это когда арендовал, попросил у хозяина в аренду автомобиль, что решило проблему улаленности на 100%. Хозяин отзывчив и честен. Когда заселялись уборка была выполнена на 3/5, но по нашей просьбе хозяин вызвал клининг и все убрали. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант для проживания если вам не нужно жить на берегу и вы решите вопрос с транспортом.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

Отличный отдых на вилле! Внутри было безупречно чисто, уютно, вся наша компания удобно разместилась. Уборка была регулярной, бассейн хороший. Природа волшебная, недалеко до пляжа и деревни Банг Сарай. Замечательное место, спасибо

Приезжали компанией из 6 человек на месяц. Жилье превзошло все наши ожидания - очень чистое и комфортное. 1 этаж - огромная общая зона (кухня, телевизор с диваном и бильярд) и 1 душ с туалетом, 2 этаж - 2 комнаты с 1 кроватью без собственных туалетов, 1 комната с 2 кроватями и своим туалетом, и общий туалет на втором этаже. Отличные, удобные кровати с качественным и чистым бельем, есть вся необходимая бытовая техника. Кстати, еще до нашего приезда и заселения мы заметили, что в жилье нет стиральной машины, я написал хозяину, и нам ее поставили! Это 10/10. Также есть свой дворик с хорошим и чистым бассейном с джакузи. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, и буквально через несколько минут после сообщения уже готовы помочь - смотритель за домом живет рядом. За месяц у нас возникали разные проблемы, которые максимально быстро решались. Небольшая важная деталь - не очень удобное расположение. До города 25 минут на такси, магазины в 10 минутах пешком, но больше вокруг ничего нет. Рекомендую, 10/10

The apartment is very nice, clean, and spacious. It has a comfortable workspace for using a computer. There are plenty of power outlets, as well as a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, and TV. It really feels like home. It's also quiet at night, so you can sleep well.

This is second time to rent a villa in the same estate but different Villa. Overall we are happy in the stay of 5 days in this villa. All buddies feel so good. Villa is clean. Bedding is clean. Wooden furniture and Sofa has to be kept maintenance as a bit obsolete. Villa Manager Mew keep contacting me about the villa status. Their staff take rapid action like pool cleaning, tissue refilling, hair dyer changing. We rent car and drive everywhere so it is easy for us. To my view, call grab and go Pattaya Beach walking street or Mermaid Resturant only 20-30 minutes. Convenient indeed. There is a small market food court nearby. A nice French Resturant just right next to the main entrance. Just turn right and u can see it within 10 second. We love it. There is a resturant called Hill Top right before leave the main entrance. Chinese Cusine provide only. May go to top floor have a quick sight seeing the whole Pattaya. Health Land Massage shop only take 10 mins. Easy approa

The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. We really loved our stay here. So many great things about this condo. The view was great, we appreciated the kitchen with good quality frypan and that it had everything we needed except no toaster or drinking glasses. The condo was extremely clean and there was good communication with the manager. Undercover parking was perfect. We liked to drive to Bang Saray where there’s a great Italian restaurant and a night food market. Also we drove to the resort on either side of the property for a beachfront meal ad it was great! It was lovely to lay by the pool with such a great view. The bed was a bit small and wobbly for us (we are foreigners) but we managed ok. I am glad we took our own pool towels. It was easy to get Lotus grocery delivered and I loved cooking some of our own meals. Grab delivery also easy. Extremely quiet and peaceful with no sleeping in as the light shines in through the front door in the mornings. Amazing that someone met us promptly our requested checkout 6.30am!

We have been at this wonderful place for a bit more then a month. The host was friendly and responsive to all requests. It’s a huge territory with beautiful greens and birds around you. The quiet sunrises and sundowns with clear sky and beautiful stars everyday. Every room has an AC/vents which makes the stay comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing, the house clean and tidy as well, the villa is being maintained all the time. Inside it fees like a family house which was perfect for us. Huge kitchen, bbq zone, sports zone and a terrace are the main points of interest. Nearest beach is 10minutes by car, the villa itself located in a peaceful and quiet village. There are several supermarkets and fruit points in a 1km around area. Thanks for this amazing place, we will try to come back soon)

Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. The house is very comfy. Seems like most houses in the neighborhood are vacation homes which makes the whole place quiet and peaceful.
