Holiday rentals with beach access in Ban Chang District

We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

it's my first 4th visit to thailand but this private room is my best so far,nice location ,clean,private POOL😙 ,staff always respond quickly. por and Kate are superb host ,ready to help ,,If you need something they will help you at ease....THANKS....

Me and my kids absolutely LOVED this place! The unit was so clean and comfortable! The pool on the balcony leading into the larger pool was AMAZING! So worth the money we paid and all The amenities! Multiple restaurants nearby with good food! Definitely will be renting again on my Next trip to Thailand!

The room was just like the photos—really nice. The sea view from the window was a highlight. The room was clean, with fancy furniture, and there was a kitchen so you could cook. The owner replied quickly and was very helpful. The maid, Jane, came every morning and was super friendly and easy to talk to. I stayed for 8 nights and didn’t want to leave.

It was a lovely place, very clean and comfortable. Great value. Lovely, friendly host, ready to take care of and the service was a really great getaway if I had the chance to come back. Very impressed.​

Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The host was very responsive and helpful, always quick to reply to any questions. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The location was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

It is a brand new apartment, the interior is warm and elegant, the bed is large and comfortable, the same private beach only needs to go through another building, about five minutes, 711 is about 10 minutes on foot, it is a little far away, just like a walk, there is a nice restaurant next door to the 711, the apartment is very good value for money, suitable for those who need quiet, recommended 5🌟

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

Great condo, wonderful apartment and helpful hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little remote, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage machines nearby, 10 minutes walk to 7/11 Of the disadvantages - there are ants in the apartment Nuke is always available, responds quickly, tries to help. J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.
