House holiday rentals in Ban Chang District

The house is same in the picture. So big and beautiful house. It near to walk to the private beach but cannot go to the other beach. In house at corner of the room has a dust. Cover sheet fabric on the sofa has dust too. Swimming pool is clean and clear that same the picture. About electricity we can use free on 20 unit if exceed we should to pay so we pay at 600 baht. Host is the best host, helpful and quickly responds to my question. So everything is good at this house. Recommended 👍🏻.

Lovely place and a nice location in a private villa complex, very helpful and accommodating staff and receptionist who are always on hand and very friendly. Iced coffees at reception are delicious and can be ordered to your villa, caramel machiatto in particular was incredible. The villa not only matches the description, it is better than the images and more spacious, you can login to your netflix and watch on TV and there is stable WiFi. The pool is really nice to have a swim and it's the perfect location with which to enjoy and explore Jomtien. We would certainly stay again.

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

Excellent villa need transport to get to beaches

Great private villa to enjoy beautiful garden and pool. The villa has perfect facilities to enjoy holidays with big rooms. My 9-year-old kid really enjoyed days in this villa. I really liked beautiful flowers in the garden around the pool. Hans, the host, and his team coordinated perfectly to accommodate us to grasp what we needed and to troubleshoot even minor issues. Their response were always super quick and accurate. Perfect location to enjoy holidays in Pattaya. I recommend everyone coming to Pattaya stay this villa to enjoy holidays with friends or family. We were able to enjoy the beach and pool and eating areas easily as a family traveling with three elderly persons with disabilities. There are a few stairs to go in and out of the back patio and beach area but it isn't too bad since you're literally at the beach. The beach was quiet though with some rubbish . The bathrooms were a little awkward. Inside of the main part of the home, there is one bedroom that has a full bathroom. The other bathrooms are attached to the kitchen and then outside by the pool. Only the bathroom inside of the bedroom had a hot shower. We did enjoy our time there and may come back again when we need another family getaway to the beach!

I wanted to go to Pattaya, I didn't know the location and booked it, about 50km from Pattaya, but by chance it was a coincidence that we could go to the nearby beach and hi for a day. The beach here is better than Pattaya, because there are not so many tourists and I don't like the beach with so many people.There is a shopping mall around the house, there are many gas stations and 7-11 all the way, you need to prepare your own toiletries for check-in, I think this is correct, because it is environmentally friendly and hygienic.

it's a very wonderful place to rent and i really appreciate the host allowed us to stay in there as she did and comedy that is so well and went out of her way to make us feel at home and you will never forget the kindness that you showed. the house itself is very large and she has provided many things that were not included in the listing to make us at home. we felt safe here.

Very cozy and clean house. We spent 3 nights here and everything is perfect. Wanwisa is very nice host. She always helps us about finding good restaurants around the house.
