Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

Second location to stay with P, overall great experience, and very helpful. Definitely recommend booking this unit, enjoyed the facility and the surroundings. thanks for a great stay, see ya in the next trip.

I stayed with kids, and we had a great time ! It's just as described, very convenient with all the amenities and 711s. The kids loved the pool and slide. The place really has everything you need ! The host was super responsive and helpful. The only thing is that Jomtien beach is not very clean, but you can visit Sai Kaew beach nearby which is amazing !

Жили месяц и нам очень понравилось, Сью была очень отзывчива и готова во всем помогать. Когда Сью узнала что мы едем с маленьким ребенком (1год) они для нас купили детский матрасик и одеяло. В квартире было все необходимое для долгого проживания, посуда, техника и т.д. Сам комплекс тоже отличный, огромный бассейн, но часть с кораблем была закрыта. Что очень порадовало, в квартире также было все необходимое для проведения самостоятельной уборки. В самом кондо есть стиральные и сушильные машины, а также недалеко новая прачечная. С удовольствием остановимся еще раз, когда вернемся. Спасибо за вашу квартиру и отличный сервис.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Namthip’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—walk in to the private beach and attractions, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Namthip was an exceptional host, quick to respond to any questions and incredibly welcoming. The little touches, like a thoughtfully curated welcome basket and clear check-in instructions, made the experience even better. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back myself!

Après 1 mois passer dans l’appartement, rien à dire, accessible à tout en scooter, plus que suffisant pour y passer la nuit avec la climatisation, bon rapport qualité prix, rien à dire, hôte très réactif en cas de besoin et personnel de la résidence super souriant.

Интернет был хорошим, все это время мы работали без проблем. На кухне было все необходимое для самостоятельного приготовления еды. В квартире не было ни тараканов, ни муравьёв, что редкость для Таиланда Мы рекомендуем это жилье!

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und sehr sehr warm (klimaanlage muss laufen) Die Lage ist mega gut, direkt an einem wunderschönen strand etwas abseits von pattaya. die ecke ist wunderschön. es gibt cafes und thai streetfood direkt daneben. das wlan hat mäßig funktioniert, wenn man arbeitet sollte man sich um eigenes netz kümmern. alles in allem gut. die wohnung war echt sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.

Жили в квартире семьёй. Идеальное место для отдыха. Очень Большая, просторная квартира. Есть всë для проживания и приготовления пищи. Шикарный вид на море, большой балкон, две ванных комнаты. Практически безлюдный пляж, теплый бассейн, ухоженая территория кондо. Мы обязательно сюда вернемся.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo. Even there was a broken drawer and flippers a bit messy at the entrance, everything else was great!!! The host was very responsive to solve an a/c issue with no circuit. Great views and lots of things to do. We like swimming pool, tennis court and beach access. Restaurants are in good reach. Staffs at the condo are nice, friendly and helpful too.

Very nice villa, Victor and Tatiana were super helpful, they can even rent a car to you at a very good price, I highly recommend this property, very relaxing and great pool, 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!

We loved Jialiang's place! It was perfect for our family of 8 to have plenty of room. Having 3 bathrooms was helpful. The home is beautiful and clean with modern renovations. The neighborhood is nice, and it has a lovely pool that we enjoyed swimming in. It is in a gated community, but outside the community and a short walk down the road is a 7-eleven, restaurants, and shops. We would have loved to have stayed longer!

만족스러운 가격, 사진과 동일한 숙소 등 모든것이 만족스러웠습니다. 일정변경으로 인해 곤란한 상황이였지만 잘 대응해주셨습니다. 다만, 수영장이 거리가 조금있었지만 대체적으로 만족스러웠습니다.

Первый раз останавливались в таком жилье. Место удалено от центра, я знал это когда арендовал, попросил у хозяина в аренду автомобиль, что решило проблему улаленности на 100%. Хозяин отзывчив и честен. Когда заселялись уборка была выполнена на 3/5, но по нашей просьбе хозяин вызвал клининг и все убрали. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант для проживания если вам не нужно жить на берегу и вы решите вопрос с транспортом.

The location was very convenient, close to great local restaurants, shops, and transport options. Mod was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the small touches that made the place feel like home. If you are looking for private , peaceful place with wonderful pool and relax and enjoy then this the perfect place to stay. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities mentioned in the description are available. You can cook have your wonderful meal, all the required kitchen things are available including glasses , cups and all. Washrooms are bed rooms are very good and well maintained. You have good security , so you stay very peaceful. Vadim & Gulia are very understanding and very good people they are always available to support you in the way they can. They communicate very well. Very Kindhearted people. I am very happy to stay at their place , we had very good- peaceful time. We will surely visit again this property and spend more time.
