Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Villa Alaia was the perfect retreat from the busy city! The place was clean, and everything was provided from toiletries to kitchen essentials. All rooms (including the living room) were air-conditioned, which made our stay extra comfortable. Our two dogs had the best time running around the spacious yard. The view of Mt. Arayat from the second floor was beautiful! Claire was also very responsive and her suggestion to use their catering service made my birthday celebration stress-free and enjoyable. The caretaker was also kind and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at this property in Mabalacat and had a really great experience. The house itself was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The garden and overall setup were ideal, especially since we were traveling with dogs. The subdivision is quiet and green, with only a few houses—perfect for peaceful morning walks. I felt completely safe, thanks to attentive security guards, and there were no stray dogs around. The location is excellent if you have a car. While it’s not walkable to stores, it offers the best of both worlds: very quiet and green surroundings, yet quick access by car to both the NLEX expressway and the main MacArthur Highway. Within minutes, you’re in Angeles City with access to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Communication with Mark, the host, was excellent—he always responded quickly and clearly. The key handover was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended, especially for pet owners.

The host and his assistant, Kath, are excellent, responsive, and great hosts. We enjoyed the place, and my favorite part of the house is the open kitchen in the backyard. Our stay was pleasant, but keeping up with the daily electricity consumption was a little stressful. Jason was excellent in giving some suggestions about conserving electricity. Thump up!

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

very nice place to stay in esp if you have pets, the house is very pet friendly, i love that they have a big garage that my dogs can be off leashed to play. the living room has an AC which is wonderful esp for my dogs. Lots of place to get food nearby. Very accesible to the events place of the dogshow we went to. Neil was very responsive and helpful to all my querries. will definitely book his place again.

Jet’s place was spacious, clean, and cozy. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and was well-stocked with supplies such as water, kitchen equipment, and toiletries. Jeretth was also very responsive, especially with our queries about the Netflix log-in details and the extra bed we requested. We had a bit of trouble opening the smart lock at first, but that was more us being unfamiliar with it 😅. We’ll definitely choose this place again given the chance to travel to the area again. My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with good furniture and comfortable beds. Quiet and secure. We would definitely recommend Jannet’s place and will look to stay there again if we’re back this way.

Special thanks to the host and the maintenance team for being responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in. We attended the Aurora Music Festival on the second day, which was amazing, followed by a fun visit to Aqua Planet, a great water park with something for everyone. We also checked out Sandbox in Porac, an exciting adventure park with thrilling activities. This homestay provided a peaceful retreat after our busy days, making it a perfect base for our Pampanga trip. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

Our stay was nice and pleasant, but some improvements could enhance the overall experience. The mattresses in both rooms were low quality and flattened quickly, making them uncomfortable even after a short time. The cooling system wasn’t effective due to the ranch-style sliding doors, which had gaps that let cool air escape, making it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. The bidet setup was inconvenient, as it required turning on the faucet to use it—having a separate water line would be more user-friendly. Lastly, the shower head sprayed water in multiple directions, which could be improved for a better experience. With a few upgrades, this place has great potential.

Worth every penny, same as advertised, had a great stay. Host was responsibe to all of my queries. Definitely recommend.
