Absolutely perfect stay! We enjoyed every single day here. If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the ideal place. The house is cozy, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was fantastic — very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. 10 out of 10 — would definitely stay again!

My niece and her fiancé stayed at the apartment and made the following comments: Our stay at the apartment was absolutely wonderful! It’s got ample room, with lots of natural light throughout the day. The self check-in feature is really convenient with minimal coordination and intervention required. The host makes sure everything is in place to make it a hassle free stay for the guests. The location is super accessible, with the nearest bus stop being a 5 min walk away, and a 10 minute bus ride into town. 100% recommended.

Accommodation booked for colleagues on a work trip, had everything they needed. Excellent accommodation, great host, will definitely book again.

The apartment was clean, modern and showroom condition. Cristiano was a very good communicator and very kindly helped with finding a restaurant that would take a late booking, as we were likely to be back late from an England cricket match at Edgebaston.. If AirBnB allowed me to give a 4 star rating without affecting the host’s rating, then I would have done so. This would have been about the building poor common parts, one lift out of order and the grim corridor to the flats. But none of these things are a reflection on Cristiano. The location is also very central and so convenient for all Birmingham city has to offer in culture and night life. The building clearly has many apartments used for AirBnB lets.

This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

The property was clean and tidy, great value for money and perfect for what we needed. Alison was excellent the only issue we had was the upstairs being very noisy but this was no fault of the property, we will be booking for next years event

The Snug was very clean, cosy, and homely. David and Alison were great hosts, providing milk and a large selection of teas, which was very nice. They were very friendly and communicative and flexible around check-in/check-out. Would definitely recommend and book again in future!

Amazingly exceptional weekend myself and my partner had. I’m glad we booked your place to celebrate his birthday which was the most perfect choice by a mile. Especially when one doesn’t fly out to exclusive places and you stay inland it’s a thrill to be able to enjoy every bit of your stay. The apartment is brilliantly done, just as on photos. Very modern and clean. The service and check in from Gino was exceptional. The view was everything and it’s close to everything one needed. Amazing stay!

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at play queen to celebrate our anniversary, upon walking in the host catered to this and put out decorations and chocolates wishing us a happy anniversary which straight away was an amazing touch. Very clean place and lovely smelling. The hosts communication was extremely clear, quick and friendly. The host was very proactive and sent us all instructions needed beforehand which was unbelievably helpful. The hot tub was a beautiful hot temperature and very well maintained. Lovely touch in the beautiful outside area, very cozy! Especially with the lights. Every need was catered for, it is such a secluded place and we loved it, amazing details throughout also. Beautiful Chinese takeaway downstairs too, lovely cafe, a shop and a pub all just downstairs we didn’t have to leave the area at all, everything we needeed was on our doorstep! You forget about the outside world while here, and definitely increases that spark! Amazing find, definitely going to be trying the

Fantastic place to stay.. Host was really nice. Price was quite high but still good. Very responsive and sorted all the issues out .

For the price per person it’s incredible value, especially as the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room provide an excellent addition. It’s not luxurious but the beds are really comfortable and the shower was good. A great stay as we visited Hanbury Hall.
