Great clean Apartment, spacious enough for 2. Very simple easy flexible check in with clear instructions from the host. It is in the perfect location if you'd like to explore the nightlife or city centre. Fantastic host.

Amazingly exceptional weekend myself and my partner had. I’m glad we booked your place to celebrate his birthday which was the most perfect choice by a mile. Especially when one doesn’t fly out to exclusive places and you stay inland it’s a thrill to be able to enjoy every bit of your stay. The apartment is brilliantly done, just as on photos. Very modern and clean. The service and check in from Gino was exceptional. The view was everything and it’s close to everything one needed. Amazing stay!

Fab host! Quick responses and very helpful and kind. Location wise is good, deffinetly if you drive! If your happy for a little walk and don't drive. There's a bus station 10 mins away, with very frequent services, into Birmingham town centre! Number 50. Place has a huge comfy bed! Overall good value, and a good couple of days at the Air B n B! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Birmingham, situated conveniently close to the city centre. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the host who was incredibly friendly and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. The accommodation was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I particularly appreciated the decor, making it easy to feel like it was a ‘home away from home’. The location was great—just a short distance from key attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a delightful experience. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Birmingham. I’d happily return for another visit!

This review actually relates to a different, equivalent property on the same street. The company (Stay) identified a problem with the apartment we had booked, and assigned us a new property before check in, so there was no inconvenience. It’s a nice little apartment, very clean and in a convenient location only about five minutes’ walk from a train station. Very handy as the road is close to the uni campus and it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Birmingham New Street in the city centre. Also nice walk along the canal to Bournville in one direction and town in the other. The attic room we had was rather warm in early summer, but soon cooled down with the skylights open

The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

The Snug was very clean, cosy, and homely. David and Alison were great hosts, providing milk and a large selection of teas, which was very nice. They were very friendly and communicative and flexible around check-in/check-out. Would definitely recommend and book again in future!

I loved staying here! Kennedy was very responsive and I was extremely comfortable. It had everything I needed for a week long stay, including laundry/detergent, cleaning supplies, and cooking amenities.

Had no issues, host reached out to ask how stay was. Clear check in instructions were provided to find the location, the box and get in. The house felt like a home for us while we were there, beautiful, neat, clean, and homely. Plenty of space and array of things provided such as tea, coffee, shampoo and soap, host provided a small bowl of sweets which was a nice added touch. We both loved our stay and agreed we would definitely stay again if it came about. Location is pretty close to most places in town for a quick Uber or not too far from the bus.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed at play queen to celebrate our anniversary, upon walking in the host catered to this and put out decorations and chocolates wishing us a happy anniversary which straight away was an amazing touch. Very clean place and lovely smelling. The hosts communication was extremely clear, quick and friendly. The host was very proactive and sent us all instructions needed beforehand which was unbelievably helpful. The hot tub was a beautiful hot temperature and very well maintained. Lovely touch in the beautiful outside area, very cozy! Especially with the lights. Every need was catered for, it is such a secluded place and we loved it, amazing details throughout also. Beautiful Chinese takeaway downstairs too, lovely cafe, a shop and a pub all just downstairs we didn’t have to leave the area at all, everything we needeed was on our doorstep! You forget about the outside world while here, and definitely increases that spark! Amazing find, definitely going to be trying the

For the price per person it’s incredible value, especially as the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room provide an excellent addition. It’s not luxurious but the beds are really comfortable and the shower was good. A great stay as we visited Hanbury Hall.
