Holiday rentals with a patio in Balneário Atami

My stay was excellent from start to finish! Communication with the host was super clear and quick, which made me very quiet before I even arrived. Check-in was simple, the place was impeccable, exactly as in the photos – clean, well-organized and with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great too! The check-out was also quiet. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for those looking for a welcoming and unforeseen experience.

André and Flavia's apartment is right in front of the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

We were very well received by Sônia who showed us the place and gave information about the accommodation. The apartment is very complete and the sea view is wonderful. I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

They were wonderful days! The neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach of Ipanema that is beautiful! We could see the sea through the window! Despite the small space, our family made the most of this stay that had the kitchen utensils, all in great condition and working, hot shower! It was very worth it!

Simply perfect! The house is amazing, super new, very well taken care of, with no defects. Everything was impeccably clean and fragrant, which makes all the difference in the experience. The barbecue area is delightful, perfect for gathering the family, and the pool is wonderful, very well maintained, with clean water, a delight to enjoy all day. Another super positive point is the location: very close to the beach! You can walk peacefully. It was a wonderful stay, I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back. The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and intend to return.

Apartamento has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Check in and check out electronics which makes it very easy. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
