Holiday rentals with a patio in Balneário Atami

My stay was excellent from start to finish! Communication with the host was super clear and quick, which made me very quiet before I even arrived. Check-in was simple, the place was impeccable, exactly as in the photos – clean, well-organized and with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great too! The check-out was also quiet. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for those looking for a welcoming and unforeseen experience.

André and Flavia's apartment is right in front of the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

We were very well received by Sônia who showed us the place and gave information about the accommodation. The apartment is very complete and the sea view is wonderful. I consider that you should invest in better quality sheets and need to change the blackouts of the windows that are parched and spoiled. In the rest, it was excellent our lodging. A place far from the triatlhon proof of sesc Caioba, I had not attacked that.

They were wonderful days! The neighborhood is quiet, close to the beach of Ipanema that is beautiful! We could see the sea through the window! Despite the small space, our family made the most of this stay that had the kitchen utensils, all in great condition and working, hot shower! It was very worth it!

We met our expectations. We were in 2 families (6 adults and 2 children) and everyone loved the stay. Very close to the beach, great pool and great BBQ area. Vilma is very attentive and friendly I recommend it and we will return at a next opportunity.

Mariana was super receptive, friendly and very attentive to my family. The house is exactly as in the photos, very well ventilated, large, with all the necessary household utensils available, the pool is very well maintained and the rooms are very good. The region is also great, it has everything nearby (pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, markets). We will definitely return as soon as possible :D

The place is delicious! The air-conditioning and fans make all the difference, the large, airy balcony with the network also made everything so much more delicious! The location is great and super close to the beach. I think the only thing to keep in mind is that if you go with a small child who sleeps early, the house is next to 1 bar with loud music up to a certain time. I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
