Cottage holiday rentals in Ballygalley

The cottage was so charming, cozy and exactly as pictured. The bed was so comfortable I wish I had it at my house! We arrived a little earlier than planned and they worked with us to get us in early! There was a little grocery just down the road that had everything we needed to make a meal. We would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to see the Giants causeway. Extremely convenient!

The place was lovely, lovely host, very passionate about his accomodation. The place was clean, confortable, private in beautiful surroundings and the list goes on. The family is very responsive and helful. We will defenetly be coming back.

This is simply a delightful place to stay: peaceful, beautiful and with a rare spiritual dimension in that so much of Mike's personality, passions and enthusiasms infuse everything within and without. We felt totally at home and left feeling refreshed and restored in a way seldom experienced before. Indeed, we felt we were departing from a friend.

We had the most incredible stay! The house was amazing and the surroundings were breathtaking... We would highly recommend this stay and will definitely be coming back 😊❤️

We had the perfect getaway with friends in this beautiful house by the sea. We were 4 adults and 3 young children and there was plenty of space for us all. There are lots of stairs which were difficult at times for the younger ones. But that didn’t take away from our stay. We got the hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed once the kids were in bed. Would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous house! So peaceful and plenty of room. Very well equipped and Jeremy and Jan were very good about keeping in touch and checking if you needed anything. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything that you could need. Very pretty front garden and the views were amazing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Paul and Laura’s place is a charming cottage with easy access to the Giant’s Causeway and other nearby attractions. The cottage has a lovely old-world feel and was the perfect spot for some well-earned rest and relaxation during our tour of the area. Paul and Laura were kind and helpful in all our interactions. I highly recommend their cozy and welcoming cottage.

It was a very nice place with a great central location for travelling to various points of interest, making our trip much more enjoyable. The cottage was well appointed, with as described facilities, so there were no bathroom queues in the morning! Heating was easy to use, with intuitive controls (there was a fire too, but we were out most of the day, so decided to play it safe). WiFi was great too. We would love to return to this lovely place in the future.

Ballyhalbert is a great place for a peaceful stay and a great base to get around that area of Northern Ireland, just bbear in mind that although distances are horrendous every destination takes time to get to. We covered many miles trying to fit as much in as possible. No pubs or restaurants in the village but neighbouring villages have great choices. All in all we had an amazing 5 day stay and would book it again

Peters Place was wonderful, private. loved being on the farm with the animals. the surrounding area it was all perfect. Lots of area to walk and wonder. Peter offered great suggestions on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a really enjoyable stay, the property is clean and spacious and was well equipped. It’s a peaceful property close to the river. Reasonable distance to the Giant’s Causeway & Bushmills, & lovely beach at Downhill.

We really enjoyed our stay, We loved the fresh farm milk and even having netfluxa was a lovely extra touch, the house was warm, beautifully decorated and so comfy, Diane was great at checking in with us and was very informative, loads of tips for places to eat and places to see, The house had everything you could need, and the local village is amazing, the local pubs are great and the bar staff are so friendly and helpful, There are loads of lovely places to eat, and nice places to grab a coffee, The giants Causeway is only a short drive and the bushmills factory is a short walk away, We are already planning a return trip, thanks for having us,

The Pink cottage is in an idyllic location. Heather has catered for your every need and more. The apartment itself was emaculate and very tastyfully decorated and well planned out. As per pictures on the site. The bed is wonderfully comfortable with lovely extra touches included for your comfort and ultimate relaxation. Overall a very precious jewel of a place.

'Sarah's Cottage ' was exactly as seen on website and very clean with all the the necessary equipment for self catering (not that we ate in as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by in Bushmills). It is easy to walk to the coast or into Bushmills or to travel further to all the tourist spots along the north coast. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Simon’s place was delightful. The location was perfect for our adventures to the Bushmills Distillery, Dunluce Castle, the Giants Causeway, and Carrick-a-read. Simon and his partner were very friendly and welcoming and accommodated our laundry needs when the washer door wasn’t working. The snacks, Nespresso machine and local Irish milk were a bonus and something that we savored! We will definitely consider staying here again when returning to Bushmills.

A great find to get to experience the castle grounds and still have your own space. House is really cool, and is nicely modernized

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage im Cottage Masefield bei Jo. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist kaum zu überbieten, ob vom Bett aus oder vom Esstisch, als wären nur wir und das Meer mit seinen Tides. Sehr gemütlich war es auch am Abend, als wir im Kamin Feuer gemacht haben und in aller Ruhe ein Buch lesen konnten. Im nahegelegenen Dorf gibt es einen sehr traditionellen Pub, Mary Mc Brides, mit feinem Essen und natürlich einem Guinness. Das Cottage ist sehr zu empfehlen um auszuspannen und nichts zu tun als zu geniessen, wir würden sofort wieder gehen. Bernadette und Stefan aus der Schweiz

I stayed for a weekend at the cottage. It was perfectly located and was a five minute walk from the hotel, bars and restaurants. The cottage was immaculate. It has a lovely seating area out the back with patio chairs and a table. Helen was a great host and let us stay past the normal check out time which was greatly appreciated. We went to Carnlough to attend a friend's wedding and now that we have found this house we will be back. I'd highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at Floras place for a wedding at The Sheddings Flora was very helpful and put up the sofa bed for extra space too There was a package of food and drink left which was very thoughtful Beautiful scenery
