Grace's house was a real treat! Nestled away in the trees overlooking the river made it feel so private and peaceful. The house itself was so cosy, clean and inviting but had plenty of space and different areas to relax. The grounds were amazing and the kids had a ball discovering the swings, hottub and reading shed. The whole place was magical and we were sad to leave. Grace was very responsive to any communication and made us feel so welcome. The house location was a great base for some of the stunning sights Donegal has to offer and we were very close to many beautiful sandy beaches. This house was the best airbnb we have ever stayed in! A beautiful cabin, in a peaceful surrounding. Facilities were great, please was very clean. Great instructions and local recommendations from host. Very pet friendly. Worth every penny. We would highly recommend this cabin for a peaceful, restful break.

Gorgeous property, very clean and even bigger in person than in pictures. The sauna is lovely however we weren’t able to use the hot tub as it wouldn’t heat even after a strong fire and a few hours and we weren’t able running out of wood.

If you are looking for peaceful, relaxating and bit of play then this is the right place. We loved the location, the hot tub and had a blast with the go karts (our 3 year old especially). Good farm house stay. James was our contact and was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend!

Mary was so lovely and welcoming. She was easily contactable and so warm and friendly. We were keen to have a bit of privacy and she left us to our own devices to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The location of the apartment is really spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub looking out on the lake was a real highlight of the trip.

Booking was a breeze. Contacted the hosts beforehand and they were extremely helpful in narrowing down a date and a check-in time. When we arrived, Dermot was there to greet us and showed us to our place of stay. He made sure that we felt welcomed and if we needed anything at all, not to be afraid to give him a shout. Dermot helped us with organising a take-away and also with setting up the fire and heater. Area was beautiful and peaceful with stunning views of the Ox Mountains range. The barn was far bigger than I expected, with lots of room and everything you could need. Overall, was a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend it.

As advertised. We had a nice relaxing stay. If you’re looking to unplug for a weekend in a rural area , in a rustic cabin, this is for you. It is not a hotel but glamping but pictures were accurate. Communication was great but be aware no wi fi and cell service didn’t work for us. Hunter the dog guided us on a nice nature walk.

Collanmore Island Lodge is unreal, couldn't recommend it more! We had the best stag weekend ever here and Ciaran is a absolute gent. Getting to the island is easy and exciting, beds are comfy and facilities are top notch. Ideal for big family gatherings or any type of West of Ireland getaway. I will be back again for sure, thank you Ciaran and your great team.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the very unusual Round House! As others have noted this is not your typical dwelling and for an Airbnb stay it makes for a great stay. The house is exactly as pictured in the ad. Old, seventies style, quirky, homely, comfortable and with all the essentials you'll need for a fun get away. And of course the views are stunning. We brought our own folding camp chairs and there's plenty of room to sit on the circular concrete walkway around the house itself to take in the view on a sunny day. On the wet days we enjoyed the same view from comfy armchairs inside. The nearby beach is lovely for walks but we just took the car there as it is very steep for walking. There's so much to see in the surrounding areas too. We have shown our stay photos to friends who are also now keen to stay at the Round House. We really enjoyed it. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay here at Audrey's cottage. We honestly can't fault anything. The place was spotless, had everything we needed. A shop, takeaway, pub, butchers, all in walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and hope to stay again in future. Very kind and helpful host. 10/10

Catherine’s Hidden Gem was a wonderful refuge on our road trip around Ireland. So beautifully created, and thoughtfully presented, cosy and delightful. Every amenity provided for our comfort. Great coffee, well stocked fridge, comfy beds, angel lights to guide us home, maps and even a chocolate by the bedside table. Five star accommodation. Catherine was the most amazing host and helped us with her local knowledge, advice and cosmic personality. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Catherine, we will never forget you. This was my large family’s 2nd time staying at Patricia’s. We chose to stay here again knowing that the house is very well presented, and in an ideal location for us (visiting family in Claremorris and Milltown). Towels are provided, and the kitchen has all the equipment you might need. We love how spacious the house is, the kids really enjoyed the garden, which is huge and secure. The views are stunning (even when the weather is not so good), and the area is very quiet and tranquil. I would recommend Patricia’s to anyone looking to stay in the area ☺️ Thanks, Heather x

We had such a nice time staying at the cottage. It was so peaceful, right in nature. Daragh was very kind and gave us a lift to the shops which was really nice. The cottage was perfect and felt very homely.

Pat and Mary Angela are marvellous hosts. When we arrived the fires were lit, the table was set and there were gorgeous scones made by Mary Angela. They are both so friendly and gave lots of recommendations of places to visit. Their lovely cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Galway. It is definitely a home from home. My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and 2 Jack Russells had a great time there and we had everything we needed. We also loved Pat and Mary Angela's cafe and bookshop in Oughterard Village. Well worth a visit. Couldn't recommend this cottage highly enough!

Damian’s place was spot-on for our requirements being within easy reach of our favourite village in the area, Mullaghmore. The brightness and cleanliness of the unit was superb!

A little piece of heaven. We loved staying in this beautiful home in the quiet countryside. Barbara was so kind and sweet and generous, giving us fresh baked goods and produce from the garden. The home was beautiful and perfect in every way.

Cozy and well-organized accommodation. It couldn't have been better.

Chris and Colette have clearly put in lots of effort and care to ensure their guests have a great time at their holiday home. They have a binder with all the information you could possibly need, it is completely organised and easy to navigate. They are responsive and people you could reach out to easily if you needed help. The place is very clean and neat. It is walkable to the town and there is a gas station even closer which is convenient for everyday items. Buses nearby too! I had a great stay and would recommend.

This is a beautiful, clean studio apartment in an ideal location. The apartment was ideally situated for our needs. The space was cosy, clean, well stocked n and comfortable. The kitchen area was stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, cereals, milk, etc. The private patio and dedicated parking space were added benefits. Our family of 4 enjoyed our 2 night stay at Carmel’s place. We arrived to find a basket of bread, butter, milk and sweet treats which was a lovely surprise after our drive to town. Her home was roomy, comfortable and quiet, and a short drive to all the great places Sligo has to offer.

Majella’s place was perfect for my family of 5. It had every amenity listed. The location was beautiful and private, it was easy to find. If we’re able to come back we would love to stay here again.

Patrick's place was lovely and the view was amazing. Carol came out to meet us and help us in, and she had croissants prepared for our breakfast the next morning. Seamus was very friendly and gave some good recommendations for the local area. There was no sink for doing dishes but Carol kindly took what we had to wash in the main house so that was no problem. A tip for new guests - make sure you follow the instructions Patrick provides for getting to the house instead of relying on Google maps. Google led us astray! Overall a really lovely place to stay.
