Excellent stay, super spacious spaces, my family's favorite place was the pool area, recommended for future visits.

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. Thank you for everything Janina and hope to see you again!

We had a nice time with my family. We'll think about this place the next time we go to Punta Carnero.

We stayed at Patricio's house for an extended weekend in Salinas and the experience was excellent. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing as a family. The area seemed quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. Patricio was very kind and always attentive to us being well, very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

Of the best airbnbs I've been there, the house is beautiful, the view is all spectacular and the hostess, with her recommendations, 👏🏼 the entrance is a little complex on the way but driving carefully enters well.

The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It is closed to la Milina beach which is a peaceful paradise. Jennifer was very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we have the best experience. Auntie Jackie was also very helpful.

It's better than what's shown in the photos! In a super safe, family friendly, well-maintained beach, the development has a playground that flows into a saltwater lake where you can go swimming or kayak, inflables. The beach super close to the house. The house has very good distribution : it has 3 bedrooms each with its full bathroom, in addition to that on the ground floor it has a room with full bathroom but no door, in addition it has an employee's room with two beds and its full bathroom. The phenomenal bbq area with ocean views, pool and hot water Jacuzzi. The gentleman who takes care of the house is very friendly and helped us at all times, he even helped us put tent and chairs on the beach! I would definitely go back to this house.

Very cozy house, super spacious, comfortable, you have everything for a pleasant stay, a beautiful view of the sea and super quiet, you only hear the waves at night. We spent only one weekend. The location for those of us looking for security is perfect, garage for several cars since it is a private development. We would definitely come back. The children really enjoyed the pool in the development.

Everything was excellent, my friends and family felt right at home, the safe place, good location, the very friendly security staff, has a very nice beach exit and Analy always responded immediately my concerns 😊 we hope to return soon...
