The apartments are located on the outskirts of Dettingen and run along various hiking trails such as the Albschäferweg, which leads partly through the Eselsburger Tal. Under the trees of our orchards, you can stay not far from the Lone Valley in the immediate vicinity of the Charlottenhöhle and the Archäopark. Our apartments are lovingly furnished. In the courtyard you can barbecue, cook or bake pizza / bread in the wood-burning oven. TV is only public, no private channels. Wi-Fi is NOT available for streaming!

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, pots, etc.) The apartment is located approx. 15 minutes by car from Ulm main station and downtown. A8 & A7 are in approx. 10-15 minutes, while the university in Geislingen/Steige and the University of Ulm are 15 minutes away by car.

A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils. No pets allowed. No parties. Longer stays on request.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also a 20-25 minute drive. Ulm is 15 km away and there are plenty of opportunities to pass your time. If you want to explore nature more, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. Parking is available directly on the premises. In the village there is a bakery and butcher. Further shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

The apartment, in a quiet residential area, newly renovated, impresses with a modern design, is flooded with light and fully furnished. The apartment, terrace and garden area are barrier-free. Schloss Hellenstein, Wildpark, Aquarena, Voith Arena, city center are within easy reach. According to the experience of our guests, it takes about 40 minutes to get to Legoland Amusement Park Steifmuseum approx. 15 min

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. If you are a small family of three, then the granny annex is also suitable. Through a small hallway you are connected to the bathroom, kitchen and the living area. Living room and bedroom are bright and sunny. The blinds and curtains allow you to darken and cozy up.

The apartment (53sqm) is located in the basement of our newly built house, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, as well as a sofa bed with sleeping function in the living room. A staircase leads you to the apartment and you can sit and barbecue in the courtyard...
