Enjoyed staying in Martin's home - it has AMAZING views over the fjord and mountains - really peaceful with the midnight light. The place is spacious - a good kitchen - well positioned dining table for yet more views and a great lounge area. We are a family of seven and fitted easily and didn't feel crowded at all. Martin's instructions were clear and easy to follow - all very simple! Thanks Martin.

i, for the first time not alone, travelled to norway with my partner. we have arrived a day late because we took the wrong ferry from bodø. after an one hour walk we found ourself in the beautiful nes in hamarøy. we got provided with food for the first days and throughout our every day's breakfast. the place has everything that got listed and even more. there's a lot do discover and a lot of love in every detail. the view is breathtaking and the hot pot is an experience we didn't missed. even without a car we got bikes and we walked a lot. the tides can be seen and experienced daily almost twice, there's a 24/7 grocery store at skutvik and a lot of peace. we saw animals in their wilderness and learned the sound ouf 'the quiet'. whenever we needed something, john-karstein was here for help immediately. we felt home at every second and in good hands. we usually sleep on hard mattress, the bed was very soft but there are bunk beds with hard ones. 10 out of 10, great place and great host!

I lived here in connection with work, but have kept the place in my memory to be able to come back on holiday and stay.

Fantastic great cabin. Very nice location and that view. Very clean and well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, we had a lot of wind, then it was great to be able to sit in the great garden room. Tonje and Terje responded quickly to questions, are incredibly helpful, also the tip about the hiking area. We brought two 17 year olds and two 13 year olds. It was low under the ceiling in the loft but our boys thought it was great to be there. A plus was that there was poor internet, so the boys had to come up with other things: play in the garden, trampoline, go fishing, paddle with sub. We had an amazing long weekend here, would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying there! The area is really very quiet and there is only beautiful nature for miles. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the water. Those who appreciate living in a remote location for a while and exploring the Vesterålen are in very good hands here :)

We had a wonderful stay here! It's in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by nature. The space was cozy, clean, and Monica and Knut were friendly and quick to respond to any questions!

Beautiful place right out in the ocean gap, Lofotveggen next! Incredible views outside and inside the cabin! We saw the sea eagle, otter, fox and many birds, we fished and bathed on the beautiful Bø beach right next to it. There is a lot to experience nearby. The cabin had everything we needed and the beds were good! Thor was a helpful host! Only good things to say about the cabin, the place and him!

Beautiful location above the lake, the terrace just above it. Cozy cabin with everything you need, the super crisp lake water and fast responses from owners saved our night! Has a fireplace, wood and an electric heater even!

A magical, peaceful place and a very accommodating host couple.

So good we stayed twice. Would be very happy to return. Caught Cod from the balcony, the pontoon and the boat. Hosts left us alone but were available if needed.

Magnificent cabin with beautiful view and quiet location. The hosts are very friendly, give lots of helpful tips and share current information for the area. 👍🏼 The sauna was a really great feature that we were very happy to use with snow baths 🧖🏽‍♀️ With the oven and heating, the cabin stays nice and warm, which makes the living room and bedrooms even more cozy 🔥 We also enjoyed the Weber gas grill with a view! 🌭 All in all it was really a very nice holiday in winter wonderland and we would definitely love to come back! 😊

We had such a lovely stay. The cabin is gorgeous and in such a peaceful spot. Good hiking nearby too. Highly recommend. Nine days wasn't enough - we didn't want to leave!

Incredibly beautiful location with amazing views. Large and spacious house. Well-equipped kitchen. We got two days of warm and sunny weather and then it was magical to swim in the sea from our own sandy beach. Then a little worse weather but still a lovely and unusual holiday. Recommended for those who want to live in and enjoy nature. We saw eagle from the kitchen window. Please consider that it is a 45 minute drive to the nearest grocery store so planning is important.

This cozy house was perfect for us to relax after a couple of sailing days. We were able to anker the ship in front of the house. The view is amazing and we had everything that we needed.

We had a great stay in the hut - it was super cozy (fireplace and candles) and exactly what we expected based on the description. We loved the wood-fired sauna (even saw nothern lights!) as well as the location of the hut: surrounded by birch forest which was great for snow shoe walks, we even saw reindeers. Kitchen was equipped very well so we could cook for ourselves. Would recommend and love to come again!

The cabin was very nice, with good beds, and everything we needed. Fantastic location, proximity and view of the fjord! I would have liked to stay there longer! Recommended!

We spent two nights in Line’s cabin and really loved our stay. The cabin is spacious, very comfortable, and has an absolutely stunning view of the surrounding mountains—it was such a peaceful and beautiful place to relax. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we felt right at home. Communication with Line was easy and friendly. We would happily stay here again and can warmly recommend it to others looking for a scenic and restful getaway!
