Villa holiday rentals in Bali

A beautiful relaxing villa. Everything was clean & perfect and we (family of 4) felt the space was great for us all, with many different zones to have some quiet time! Simona was on hand with any questions we had and was so friendly. The location is great if you like to enjoy nature, but you definitely need a car if you want to visit places. We would love to revisit again soon 😊

Perfect stay in Giorgios’s villa, very nice place with a luxurious and fresh garden, nice pool and multiple terrasses with shade when required and nice view from the upper floor ! The villa is 5 minutes walk to the village and restaurant with beach view - quite a busy beach in Bali itself but lots of peaceful places in the area. Georgious is very welcoming, friendly ans reactive answering our needs in the best possible manner! We highly recommend and thank Georgios for his wonderful welcome.

We had a fantastic time. The villa is stunning and had just been freshly renovated. Everything about it is designed to maximize the beautiful views, the airflow, peace and tranquility. The hosts were communicative, kind and generous with flexible check-in and out. The fantastic pool area, stonework, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, sauna/steamroom, washer & dryer, game room -- all were top quality. This was easily the most beautiful AirBnb we have ever stayed in. It was a good home base for exploring Crete. We were also happy to save one day for relaxing at the villa. We were only a family of four, and the villa could have easily held twice as many. Would love to return one day. Made wonderful memories here.

The house and views were beautiful. An out of the ordinary sandstorm rolled in and the owner immediately came to clean the outdoor area. She was very responsive and attentive. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast. There are very few walkable places, but if you have a car, it is no problem. We would return, it was perfect for our group of 6.

Maria was a lovely host and made a special effort by getting me a cake as we stayed at Asterios Villa during my birthday. There was also lovely touches of fresh fruit, wine, raki and local toiletries left for us. The villa itself is perfect and the location of Bali is brilliant for shops and restaurants. The pool and outdoor area was lovely and well maintained. Had good WiFi and aircon. The villa was well stocked with amenities for the dishwasher, washing machine and toilet roll as well. Had a beautiful view of the sea and hills. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed. Thank you Maria

We stayed for 1 week (4adults and 4 kids) having been to Crete a number of times before. The villa was up in the hills (you need to hire a car to get anywhere and driving on the small lanes is not for the faint hearted) but this gave us the beautiful views over the bay and a lovely sea breeze. The house was immaculate with all the essentials and mod cons including chilled filtered water from the fridge. The ice machine didn’t work so one of the team popped around with a big bag of ice the next day which we used instead. We also experienced a sandstorm (happens about once a year) with Saharan sand being deposited on everything. The cleaners were around the next morning and the pool was cleaned beautifully. The pool itself was heated to a lovely temperature so the kids could enjoy it all day and the hot tub was even warmer so the perfect place to sit and enjoy drinks. We used the outdoor built in barbecue and sat outside for dinners (great views). Karolina was very responsive! Recommend!

Words cannot describe how fabulous this villa is. While the accommodations are superb, the host family and management company are even more so. We were 2 families traveling together totaling 9 people. This villa suited us perfectly with 5 beautiful bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want and then some. The outdoor seating areas and gorgeous pools with views to die for were an absolute haven for us. We truly never wanted to leave. The management company was extremely responsive, courteous and helpful. The host family greeted us with homemade meals and a large basket so full of wonderful treats we could not even finish them all! They truly made us feel like part of their own family. George was always available to answer any questions and help us easily navigate the area. Incredible Greek hospitality. Bali is such a cute town with lots of shops and restaurants. If this villa is available for your vacation, book it!! It will not disappoint!

Der Aufenthalt dort war sehr schön. Besonders der Poolbereich und die Aussicht auf das Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Kyriaki war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Direkt bei Check-in haben wir ein kleines Willkommens Geschenk erhalten mit griechischen Spezialitäten. Außerdem kam Kyriaki während unseres Aufenthaltes um die Bettwäsche und Handtücher auszutauschen und den Pool nochmal zu reinigen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Die Stadt Bali ist etwas ruhiger und man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die nächste größere Stadt ist Rethymno und ist ungefähr eine halbe Stunde Fahrt entfernt.

מאד נהנינו בחופשה בבית זה הכל היה נקי ומסודר. הבריכה מדהימה והחצר מפנקת. המארחים מאד נחמדים ואדיבים. השירות היה יותר מן הכלל. היתה לנו בזכותם חופשה מושלמת. ממליצה מאד על הבית ומקווה לחזור להתארח בו.

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

Beatiful view and nice downstairs appartment with own pool and yard. Parking lot had always room for our car. From parking lot there are deep stairs down to the appartments yard. We came late in evening and it was little bit difficult to get in without light on the appartment door. Pool was great for swimming and view fo Chania and sea bay just amazing. If you have lot of electronic devices with you, take a power strip with you. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during our stay in April. Really nice place to relax and enjoy life.

Spent my 50th bday at Nikos place and it was 10/10! There was 7 of us girls and the place was so spacious, private, well equipped and extremely clean. We loved that we could walk to PIGI (5 minute) to the market and a choice of 3 local restaurants. Nikos helped me set up car rental, massages, boat and he had excellent restaurant recommendations. All 10/10 especially our massage therapist. She was the best massage I have ever! we all had 2 massages each as she was that good. I think we will have a yearly trip to Crete and will be returning to Nikos place. Both him and Alexia (whom maintains the property) were amazing and managed all requests! Thank you again for a memorable time in Crete!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. We had an incredible stay with our family. The photos do not do it justice. It’s so beautiful and so peaceful. There were many lovely welcome food and drinks that we really appreciated. We had many activities and family in the area so we were out and about but were always looking forward to coming back to enjoy the house, the pool, and the gorgeous view. We also loved the hot tub when we got a little chilled from swimming since it was a bit early in season. We made sure to have a day to just do that. We used the indoor/outdoor theatre one night and that was really fun. All the rooms and the kitchen were perfectly appointed. Everything was so well thought out. We can’t wait to come again and stay longer and have time to use the outdoor kitchen, the gorgeous dining room and enjoy the beautiful pool and view again. Thank you Evi for an incredible stay at this beautiful house!

We had the most dreamy of times at the villa! Maria gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home right away. We loved her hospitality and proactive hosting, giving us tips and recommendations of places to visit in the area. The place provided everything one could wish for, from pristine looking rooms to hammam showers, a fine gas bbq and shaded terrace, glorious swimming pool, comfy sofa and a kitchen chefs would enjoy. The surroundings are to die for. Sinuous roads and endless sea views, unique beaches, but also mountain hikes, gorges and wine tastings not far at all (car is a must). Closest taverna has delicious food. Agia Galini is a short drive away and offers all essentials should you need to shop, eat out, find an atm or go on a fishing boat trip. Thanks again for a fantastic stay! We will be back sooner than later!

this is a great Villa to stay at in central Crete that made it easy to branch off to many other areas of the island the best part was the Villa itself with its swimming pool and the views. great place to stay close to the small village of margarite. highly recommend it's got to be one of the best places to stay in all of Crete. Michalis was a great representing host.

This villa is a jewel and was the highlight of our trip! Exactly as described and pictured. Spacious, pristine and so comfortable. I’d say it’s easily the nicest villa in the area. The view is gorgeous and pool so luxurious. The host family was warm, welcoming and even met us with homemade moussaka! The place is peaceful and it was so lovely to wake up to birds chirping and the soft jingle of goat bells. My kids loved the ping pong. The location is ideal for visiting close beaches, and you can do day trips to Chania, Rethymno or Iraklion. The nearby village, Bali, has a beachfront with restaurants and tourist stores. We enjoyed our stay. Totally worth it!

We had a really nice vacation in the villa. The communication was fast, clear and really helpful. The house was clean and met all the expectations.

Great weeks stay, the little villa was perfect for us. The resort of Bali was just waking up after the winter season so only one beach bar restaurant open and then the supermarkets and a restaurant on the main strip. We therefore had lunch out and ate in / cooked most evenings. Mini pool we paid extra to be heated (12/20April) and prob wasn’t worth it as we spent the days on the beach. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and very modern, baths in the bedrooms were only used for towels and swimwear to hang over! Etouri were very responsive in assisting with transfers. Holiday was very relaxing and very chilled.

Es war ein Traum! Von der Kommunikation vorab bis hin zu Check Out alles super gelaufen. Beste Villa, die wir je in Kreta übernachten durften. Bucht sofort die Villa wenn ihr überlegt nach Kreta zu kommen. Wir kommen gerne zurück! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa in the last week of April (2025). The villa is a little on the small side, but was clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is incredible - the pool is lovely and the view is breath taking. We choose not to opt for the heated pool (our weather was low 20 degrees) and we were comfortable with the temperature on most days. Eleni did a great job at checking us in, the welcome basket was a lovely touch (and most appreciated) and Valia kept in touch with us during our stay to help with any questions. We chose not to rent a car but pre-booked taxis ahead of our stay - Crete Cab to and from the airport, and Bali Taxis for more local trips. Both of which were fantastic. The bus station is a little outside of Bali so not particularly convenient. The walk back up to the villa is a little steep but fine if you're of moderate fitness and weren't doing it numerous times in a day. We can't recommend the villa enough - it was beautiful, and so was Bali/Crete!

This villa was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It is beautiful and the pictures accurately depict the villa. The deck was awesome to relax by the pool. Spyros was friendly and helpful. All the amenities were great from the elevator to the gym. 5 star all the way!
