Holiday rentals with a patio in Balestrate

Die Wohnung ist zauberhaft, wir fanden einen Kuchen als Begrüßungsgeschenk, in der Küche war wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst stilvoll und gemütlich. wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse aus sehen. Marco ist super nett und er gab uns eine Liste mit perfekten Empfehlungen. Die Lage ist perfekt nahe des tollen botanischen Gartens und im aufstrebenden Viertel Kalsa. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen und wir würden absolut gerne wiederkommen.

Giuliano is een geweldige host! Reageert snel, proactief en denkt mee met ontzettend veel tips. Het appartement is hartstikke nieuw, erg ruim en schoon. T centrum is beloopbaar op 15 min, dus centraal gelegen maar niet midden in de drukte. Heerlijk om s avonds op t balkon nog wat te drinken en uit te kijken over zee.

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. It was nice waking up to a view of the sea and walking into town. The city center was only about a 15 minute walk. It was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city center. The apartment was a bit hard for us to find at first but Marina was super communicative and even sent a picture of the front door and stood outside for us to find it. Grazie mille!

Our stay in Palermo was absolutely perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location—right in the center of everything you could need, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The balcony was a real highlight—after a long journey from Turkey, it was the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and unwind. Highly recommended—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. The apartment is lovely, comfy beds with great bathrooms. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It’s an easy walk into the old town …and lots of great restaurants. Roberto was a kind and responsive host and helped us book a driver for the day. Would absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed our one night stay very much thanks to the attention to detail and well furnished, recently remodeled airbnb. We appreciated the provided sweet frozen treats, the water and juice. The location is perfect with parking out front. It is just a 10 min drive to the airport and walkable to many restaurants (we loved our dinner alfresco at Basilicò). This would be a great place for a few days to explore the north and west side of Sicily. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

This apartment has a very positive atmosphere, is full of light and has beautiful views. It is located in a quiet side street, so except for maybe one night (i guess on Friday party night :-) it was practically silent and you could sleep well with the balcony door open. The host was very helpful and communicative, there was a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge and we also had the opportunity to make coffee, which was great. I definitely recommend this cozy apartment.

Appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre d'Alcamo ou de Castellammare, des supermarchés et surtout de la plage (moins de 5 min à pied). L'appartement est propre et bien équipé, il y a ce qu'il faut pour être autonome et dispose également d'un emplacement de parking dans la résidence. L'atout principal de cet appartement est sa grande terrasse avec sa vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil derrière les montagnes qui longe la côte 🌄 Je reviendrai, merci Mario !

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

This villa was exactly how we had envisioned. We fell in love with everything! The view, beach, terrasse and Scopello (little town 20 min. walk) was a great surprise. End June we found a soft partyvibe in Scopello with winetasting from the area and a band. Amazing restaurants and few tourists. We will be back Nathalie😍

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe, tout était parfait et conforme à l’annonce ! L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment top, entre la mer et la montagne, les paysages sont à couper le souffle, le calme est également très agréable ! La plage de Cala Rossa et la petite ville de Terrasini sont absolument splendides. Giuseppe est un hôte très accueillant et très disponible, il nous a même recommandé des endroits à voir. En bref, un séjour parfait !

Unser erster gemeinsamer Urlaub hätte keinen besseren Start haben können – Palermo hat uns verzaubert, aber das Loft war unser ganz persönlicher Lieblingsort. Jeder Morgen begann mit Licht und Leichtigkeit, jeder Abend endete in Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Danke für die Herzlichkeit, die Erreichbarkeit und dafür, dass mit so viel Liebe ein Zuhause auf Zeit geschaffen wurde. Ein wunderbarer Gastgeber auf Sizilien!!!! Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach traumhaft. Nino und seine Frau sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und stets erreichbar. Schon vor der Anreise gab es hilfreiche Informationen und der Empfang vor Ort war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht-man merkt sofort, dass die Gastgeber mit viel Liebe zum. Detail arbeiten. Besonders schön waren auch die lokalen Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich machten . Grazie mille- wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiter. P.S.: 5 Sterne sind eigentlich noch viel zu wenig!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Gabriele zeigte sich als zuvorkommender, freundlicher und gastorientierter Gastgeber. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, ich habe selten eine Unterkunft gehabt, die 1:1 so war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir hatten die Suite im Erdgeschoss, das im hinteren Teil der Wohnung gelegene Schlafzimmer war sehr ruhig und lud zum Entspannen ein. Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail und ein Gespür für Interieur. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Отличное местоположение, очень уютная квартира и прекрасный хозяин. Все достопримечательности рядом и огромное количество хороших ресторанов и баров. Все прекрасно.

Sehr schöne und genial gelegene Wohnung - mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig -, super ausgestattet und mit toller Terrasse plus Balkon. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war sehr einfach, schnell und hilfreich, Sohn Giuseppe hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

we had a fantastic stay . Elisa was the most responsive host I have met. She is so helpful and she is actually in my experience the only host who actually really took care of her guests. The house was well stocked with literally everything. There were bottle of wine, fruits, cakes, rice, pasta, sugar ,salt..you name it ,it was all there. The bathroom had literally everything required like toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Also she was so helpful, all the time We loved her place, it's lovely and well kept. Great location would definitely recommend

Carmelo and Elvira were fantastic hosts. The apartment is full of character and has everything you need. There are separate stairwells leading up to each sleeping area, which is great for privacy. One side of the upstairs does have slightly lower ceilings, so if you are tall just be aware. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo and has easy access to bus and train for day trips. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay.
