Lovely stay at Francesca’s apartment. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely responsive host. Felt very much at home and yet able to access all the interesting points of interest in Palermo. Wonderful choice of restaurants in the vicinity. One proviso for older folks or those not in good physical condition is the apartment is only accessible from the 4th floor by elevator. For us it was fine and they even helped by carrying our luggage up the last set of stairs which was so nice. It is stated on the website so it is transparent. The stairs are metal and narrow with three turns to the rooftop apartment. We enjoyed our visit to Palermo very much and had a wonderful stay in Francesca’s rooftop apartment. We highly recommend a visit here for a comfortable and very convenient location.

Luca’s place in Palermo was perfect for my stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Luca was very helpful with check-in and gave clear, useful information about getting around the city. I appreciated how responsive and friendly he was. I would definitely stay here again.🇮🇹🙏❤️

Salvatore was a warm, helpful, and friendly host, and the apartment is light, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location was very convenient for walking around beautiful Marsala, and the proximity to free parking also makes the apartment ideal for day trips to the incredible surrounding region. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Pino's apartment very much. We were warmly welcomed by Eric and Pino was always available for our concerns. It is beautifully furnished with a wonderful terrace, is centrally located and all sights in the old town are within walking distance. We slept very well in this quiet environment at night. The bar on the corner is great for breakfast, and we also tried recommended restaurants nearby (Sant'Agata and Stuzzicheria) All in all, highly recommended and we will definitely come back! Big one room appartment with kitchen. Harbour view. Super friendly host Anna very welcoming. Restauran/trattoria and a Cafe with super tasty ice cream and drinks 5 min away. A few other Restaurants still walking distance, but further away. A natural beach with stones in walking distance, for the real beach you need to use a car. Great stay for our last night, only 30 minutes to Palermo airport.

Mrs. Maria Rosa welcomed us personally and cordially, immediately putting us at ease, and provided us with all the information we requested. He always responded promptly to telephone requests. Our stay in the apartment was great, everything was as described. Recommended. Thank you Maria Rosa.

We had a truly fantastic stay at "Villa Lia" near San Vito Lo Capo! The place was spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, making our visit very comfortable. The absolute highlight, however, was the magnificent sea view. It was breathtaking to wake up to every day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

When you arrive at Alessio’s place you find an very clean & cosy home. The location, close to the beach and a short walk to the town center make for an easy stay. The simple furnishings both inside & out are perfect for a beach holiday. The outside space is large enough to feel private & roomy. The addition of air conditioning is a great bonus not always found. Staying at a place so close to the beach that you hear the waves, especially at night, is a lovely experience. Alessio is very kind, a good communicator & a really lovely host.

Amazing host, great location, and great property! Salvatore is supernice . place was stocked with groceries enough for our stay. he brought us free breakfast twice during our stay. he provided us with snorkeling gear, cell phone chargers, etc.for free. Thanks Salvatore!

The house is completely renovated, in a beautiful and cozy modern style, tidy and fragrant, very cozy. We always found parking in front of the house. Very close to the center of Balestrate and a stone's throw from the supermarket and gas station. Gaetano was a perfect host, always available and kind. Upon our arrival (late in the evening) we also found some snacks! Every time I asked for advice, Gaetano was quick, precise and very kind! The house and location are absolutely recommended.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful, family-friendly home in Palermo. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. What made it truly special was the large private garden, a safe and fun space where our children could play freely. The atmosphere was peaceful and positive. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

This is the second apartment in the same place where I stay with Giulia and I'm still just as satisfied. Comfortable, spacious and quiet at the back of a courtyard. Ideal for visiting.

Erice, a must-see stop. We were very well received and the apartment is ideally located with an exceptional view nearby. Communication went very well despite my changes in arrival times.

Though I booked last minute, Annalisa's place was fantastic. She was very responsive and flexible which was much appreciated. Check in was prompt and easy, and the other host Stefano was very patient despite the language barrier. The apartment was clean, bright and had pretty much everything we needed for a short stay. It's also very convenient for those wishing to travel across Sicily as a major station was less than a 3 min walk away. Stefano also sent us lots of local recommendations and let us leave us our bags in the cellar so we could make the most of our last day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Palermo! Would definitely recommend.

what a stunning place. the apartment was exactly as pictured and in such a beautiful place. the view in a morning with coffee is just what I needed. massimo and luisa were perfect hosts and I can honestly say two of the most genuine lovely people. gave lots of lovely reccomendations and advice for getting around. I cannot wait to go back!
