Beachfront holiday rentals in Balestrate

We had a wonderful stay at Rossella’s. She and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay with 2 couples- it’s essentially 2 apartments. Great AC, privacy, and super close to the beach and restaurants!

Spectacular Sea View in a Peaceful Setting! This place is all about the view — and what a view it is! The sea stretches endlessly from the windows and terrace, offering a serene and breathtaking backdrop throughout the day. Whether it was sunrise, sunset, or simply a quiet afternoon, the view never stopped being magical. The location is peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A truly unforgettable stay!

Everything excellent! Emanuele took great care of us and even warned us about the treacherous sea. The attic apartment is great and exactly as shown. Only with the pricing, everything should be better priced. It was a surprise to pay for bed linen/terry towels separately. I would always price everything in and work with weekly discounts. So it is clear short = more expensive (legitimate). Once that's fixed, it can't get any better.

From reception to checkout, we were warmly looked after. The family was always there for us and gave us numerous tips and recommendations. The apartment is very child- and family-friendly (toys, beach utensils, etc.). Even all the basic kitchen and bathroom utensils (shower gel, sponge, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) were provided and you didn't have to go to a supermarket right away. The beach (very shallow, perfect for children) is only 2 rows of houses away and we always visited on foot. Also the restaurant right at the beach was excellent. It is the ideal starting point for all excursions in the northwest (Scopello, Zingaro, Palermo, Erice, Trapani, etc.). 2km away is a super vegetable farmer with an animal farm (super program with smaller children and fresh vegetables). Thanks to the family, we had an exceptionally beautiful holiday here. We have taken the entire place and the family into our hearts! Grazie Mille!

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

Super location and comfy place perfect for a single person or a couple. Swift responses bei Gaetano and easy process. Can very much recommend the place if you want to explore Castellammare for a few days. Suggest that you bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at night, as with more or less all of the historic old town places, there can be some noise from water pumps and people on the road at night. I was pretty much okay without earplugs though.

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us super friendly and was always available for us. The basic equipment such as water, milk and pasta was great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I can only recommend it to anyone who lives in the Palermo area but still wants to enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your great hospitality.

Marco is a friendly and helpful host. As a solo traveller Marco was a dream. He provided helpful travel advice, instructions and went above and beyond helping me navigate the city.

We (family with 2 children 1.5 and 3.5) felt right at home. Zaira has really thought of everything. From the stroller, cot and drinking water in the fridge, everything is available. When we had a power outage, she responded within 1 minute and showed us the solution and we had light again immediately. The house, garden and pool were very clean and we could even bathe in the heated water. The kids had extremely fun and didn't want to leave. To explore the area you need a car and you can be in Palermo in about 30 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Loved the place in Terissini. Was clean and as described. Dario was great and made us feel comfortable.

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Place was neat and tidy and everything we needed! Everything worked perfectly from aircon to stove to shower. Francesco was extremely helpful and super responsive whenever we needed anything and helped organising airport transfers as well as checkout an hour later to accommodate our flight time. All in all very happy with everything!

All went great. Nice guy, plenty of parking, place was what I imagined - a little studio RIGHT by the beach. All went great.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time

We had a few wonderful days! The sea is so close that you can hear it rustling from the property. Perfect beach holiday relaxing beach holiday. Giuseppe is totally straightforward and a very nice helpful host. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was sparkling clean, nicely decorated, and had a breathtaking view of the sea. It was the perfect home base for exploring the charm of Sicily. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us the best local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we are already dreaming of our next visit! Definitely recommended! (Slight disadvantage: you can hear noise from the street on the terrace).

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. We recommend the apartment 100% and are considering whether we will go back there next year ourselves :-) Thank you dear Maria Ciao, a presto

We had an incredibly lovely stay. This was due, among other things, to the fact that Marco proactively helped us as a host and when we had an issue with the toilet, he immediately ordered a plumber. The place is really walking distance to the beach, is fenced and has a very nice terrace and space for two cars. The amenities were as indicated. We use the large outdoor kitchen daily. Note that there is no classic living room, but the terrace can be used for this. We enjoyed our stay as well as the island. We can highly recommend Marco and the house.

We highly recommend Gabriele’s place to anyone who’s coming to Trapani. It has everything including a washing machine which is very useful for a beach trip. The location of the place is perfect and Gabriele’s hospitality and communication are great!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. I can’t recommend Enrico’s property enough. Grazie Mille Enrico!

Great spot just a stone’s throw from the beach. The villa has everything you need for cooking. Everything worked out great.

We had a great time! Gisella and her son are very friendly, always available and welcoming. The apartment is simple, clean, quiet and very pleasant to live in. The terrace is ideal, especially for breakfast in the sun with a view of the peaceful sea. The location was perfect for us, central to visit the different sites of Sicily that we had planned: we were able to make a beautiful discovery every day. We rented a car to get around and it was a really ideal starting point to explore the island and its beauties,😍 some corners are heavenly. We were happy to return late in the evening to Gisella's apartment where the great environmental calm made the nights refreshing. Thank you very much for the attention you paid to us when we arrived for our birthday. It was very touching. We stayed 10 days from May 23 to June 3 and it was a wonderful discovery trip. ☀️❤️
