Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

We really enjoyed that the apartment was close to the beach as well as close to restaurants. The pool was also a big plus :)

Wonderful place! The house is charming in a quiet part of the island. Jordi and Margalida are friendly and easy-going hosts. Very family-friendly with toys for different age groups. Also there are bikes (although we didn't have time to use them). The pool is a nice feature as well. The price was very fair for what was offered. I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Mallorca.

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Thank you! We loved this apartment! Perfect in every way! Walkable to everything. So nice having a washer and dryer. Supermarket very close. We enjoyed a lot of time on the balcony with a glass of wine before out for some great food (steps away). Fun hanging out at the beach all day!

Our stay at the apartment was beautiful. Everything was as described and in the pictures, everything clean and in a top location. Absolute recommendation.

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description, simple and clean. The bedding is comfortable, all the necessary equipment is present and the air conditioning is a plus. The accommodation is well positioned to access all parts of the island very quickly. The hosts are very kind. As everywhere in Formentera, a vehicle (bike, scooter or car...) is necessary. We recommend!!

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This way one of the BEST Airbnb's we've ever stayed in. The host is super responsive and kind. The house is very comfortable. My mom and I each had our own bedroom. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. The bathroom had organic shampoo, conditioner and wash gel. And the most amazing part was the terrace with views of beautiful medieval rooftops and church spires. It was fantastic!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

A lovely tranquil place for a relaxing chilled break.

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

Fabulous place in a quiet location, but not far from the center of Santanyí with great starting point for excursions. We felt very comfortable as a family with small children. We liked the pool best. Roberto was always available and very helpful. I'm sure we'll be back!

An absolute feel-good place! The complex is beautifully designed and thought out in detail. You immediately feel that a lot of emphasis has been placed on quality and atmosphere here. We especially loved the privacy – ideal for getting away from the stressful everyday life and just unplugging. The small pool is perfect for refreshing cooling in between. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is its fantastic location. It’s just 20 meters from a stunning sandy beach — perfect for sunbathing or enjoying water sports. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area is also great for jogging, with scenic paths and little traffic — perfect for a morning run. There are two good restaurants nearby. While the prices aren’t the lowest, the quality of the food makes up for it — especially the fresh, local fish. The apartment itself is well-equipped and spacious, with three separate bedrooms, a large living room, and two bathrooms. It has air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, dishwasher, iron, and more. There’s even a swimming pool on the property. A wonderful place for a family vacation — we’ll definitely be back!

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travelers!

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one .
