Very nice stay. Glad to come back! Antonio is a very warm host and Gimena and the rest of the team also made us feel right at home!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect – quiet, beautiful surroundings, and very relaxing. The house itself was clean, spacious, and really well maintained. We especially loved the pool and the outdoor area – just amazing! The staff was also super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. The only small downside was the extra charge for the child bed – €20 per day felt quite high, especially considering a similar bed costs around €100 to buy online. This additional fee wasn’t mentioned in the listing, so it caught us a bit by surprise. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we’d definitely come back!

We had such a lovely stay! We really enjoyed being surrounded by animals, the beautiful architecture, and the calm vibe of the whole place. The honesty shop was a fantastic surprise — super handy for little things we needed, and full of gorgeous clothes and accessories. It’s a special place with a lot of heart. Relaxing stay in an incredible setting. Everything was as described. There is a restaurant on site. very nice bedding. there are hiking trails near the accommodation.

Small and almost private residence in the heart of the old town but with the amenities of the restaurant in the square a couple of minutes away. Breakfast was exceptional and roof terrace a bonus.

I would 100% recommend! Quiet and secure neighborhood 2 min walk from the port. Very nice place and not touristy. The host is very responsive and available, attentive to any request. They are very welcoming and very good organization for the arrival. If you arrive very late or very early in the morning there is no problem for the keys, it is very well indicated. The apartment was great, very nice sea view, the terrace is very large. Great for holidays with friends or family!

My friends and I had a lovely stay here—the location was quite convenient to everything. Definitely recommend!

Every morning, we left and returned in the evening. The hotel was quiet. No one disturbed us. On the other hand, the brunch was exactly the same every day, without any variation. It quickly becomes repetitive, especially for a stay of several days. There was also no variety of fruits, which is a bit of a shame. Other than that, everything went well. The setting is pleasant, apart from the "Ballermann" atmosphere, which we don't like, but it's part of the S'Arenal area.

✔️Nathalie was very kind from the moment I checked in. He told me a lot of fun things to do around. The satisfaction of the accommodation facilities is very high for the✔️ price. The spacious swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds were also really nice. The ✔️surroundings were quiet and peaceful, so it was very good for healing my mind. I love✔️ cats.😺 The stars that seemed to pour out✔️ at night were so beautiful. It was the most beautiful night view I've ever seen. 🫶This accommodation is a great place to stay with your loved one. I'll definitely revisit with my husband later.🫶

Great place. Quiet location. Parking nearby and welcoming staff. Can’t fault the place and we will be staying here again.. However, I’d recommend renting a car as the village of Ariany is quite a while away from Palma, Alcudia and Sóller. 10/10 for me!

The accommodation is perfect and we can only recommend it! We were so excited that we decided to come back next year. It is very quiet, you can imagine it as a small farm here with a nice pool, good food and nice rooms. The location is perfect, you can reach any coast of the island in 30-45 minutes. However, a car is a basic requirement. Antoni and his family are very warm and have inspired us on how to run a family business. Thank you for everything!

A very nice and but house, located around 10mins drive to the sea, house is bigger than in photos, with lovely garden. We have some problems about cooking during our stays, the burn rock can’t stop, but at the end deal this problem, if someone want to cook during stays need to be careful with that, and if you don’t mind all rules and happy to follow, is a nice place for stay, but is hot in summer time without AC.

We had a very pleasant time in the accommodation. Mayka was easily accessible at all times and even sent us the bus schedules in advance so that we can easily get from the airport to the accommodation and back. The apartment was cozy and well equipped – great for relaxing. The beach was within walking distance of minutes, which made our stay perfect. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Niriana, is a great person to reach out to if you need anything during your stay. The house was beautiful and very clean when we arrived, there was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We had a great stay, one of the most beautiful beaches is a five-minute walk away. Very easy to park in front of the house.

Great value for money. Good central location so easy to get around the island. Top points for being so baby friendly with a high chair and spot. Staff excellent at communicating.
