The driving distance to the centre of Sóller is 3-5 minutes (walking about 15 minutes). The house has an approximate living area of 80 sqm. They are divided into a large combined living-dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The large terrace with the 6x4 m sized pool is the place to be in summer
