Loft holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

Nice private Loft in a little town. Sebastian is very kind and helpful. Old building near the church with very much character. The balcony is the highlight with great views. You'll need a car, without your lost out there. With a car it's a very nice town typical for Mallorca with very few tourists.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, genau wie auf den Bildern! Gute Lage, man kann von dort vieles schnell erreichen. Barbara Maria ist eine sehr nette, zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen :)

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick von 3 Balkonen. Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der "Fitness-Balkon" mit entsprechender Gerätschaft hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, fast schon zu viel für 2 Leute. Die schönste Wohnung in der wir bisher auf AirBnbB waren - absolut empfehlenswert !!

Hermoso loft en la mejor zona de palma! El apartamento estaba impecable, era super moderno y luminoso. Todo era de altísima calidad y comfort. Lo recomiendo!!!

Loft Olivo was a little corner of heaven in one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited, the location was amazing, interior was even better than the photos, so tastefully decorated and equipped. Ceci was the perfect host, keeping me informed and suggesting places to go and such a lovely lady. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone, I cannot fault it. the view from the balcony was amazing and it was fairly quiet at night given how right in the centre it is. Great places to eat nearby, loved Cafe Lulu round the corner in Plaza de la Drassana, by the end of my stay they all knew my name. The entrance stairs are not for the faint-hearted but well worth the climb, I'm 62 and managed them fine even with a suitcase!!

José is not only a great host, but above all, a wonderful person. Our stay went flawlessly, and José was always available to answer any questions we had. As a bonus, he spoiled us with homemade cakes or Crème de Catalunya and showed us his art gallery. Many thanks José for unforgettable memories and hopefully we will have opportunity to stay at your place once again!

This place is a gem! Great hosts and great location-part of the Gaudi building on a pedestrian only area in the core of the town. The decor is sleek and modern with great lighting, up-to-date appliances, and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. Victoria was amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. Our luggage got lost and she went out of the way to provide an outlet adaptor. She also helped us arrange a taxi. This place is highly rated for good reason.

Very enjoyable stay at Ralph's place in Soller. Ralph is an excellent host, very proactive in his communication. Check in was easy. Apartment is centrally located down a beautiful pedestrian access street. Inside the apartment is spacious with a fun layout. The rooftop is a little gem, small space for a table we used for an evening meal and breakfasts with stunning views of the mountains and rooftops of the town. Little secret - there is a lift to transfer crockery and meals from the kitchen straight to the rooftop. Having access to the pool, which is around the block was wonderful as we were there in the height of summer. Very few pools in the centre of Soller.

Prachtige locatie, op wandelafstand van het strand, fijne restaurants die take away toelieten waardoor we op het gezellige terras als de kindjes sliepen konden genieten van een rustig avondmaal. Ook werd er een kinderbedje en kinderstoel voorzien, waren er strandspullen aanwezig die we konden gebruiken en was er beneden een ruime opslagplaats voor de kinderwagen. Kortom de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een reis met twee kleine kinderen.

We spend a week in Marga’s studio and we have enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom was nice and had a good size. We enjoyed our evenings in the balcony and the access to the pool during the day was a nice feature. As we had rented a car, we also appreciated the many parking spots in the area. Marga was a great host allowing us to get into the studio a few hours before check in and when we asked for an additional bed sheet, we got it the day after. We only have one comment to the place - The bed is a bit to the small size for two grownups for a full week. But other than that we have enjoyed our stay! Thank you for having us 😊

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Apolonias Apartment! Die Größe ist passt gut für zwei Personen; man schläft auf einer Schlafcouch und hat noch einen großen Küchentisch & die Küchenzeile dazu. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet; es gibt dort viel mehr Utensilien als in vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen. Apolonia war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer schnell und hilfsbereit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohung ist 5 Minuten von einer schönen Bucht entfernt, die nicht all zu voll ist und 15 Minuten von einem Badestrand. Der Ortskern liegt ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohung entfernt. Dort gibt es viele Shops für Souvenirs, Bars, Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Ort ist auf Touristen ausgelegt, sodass man die Restaurants eher Pizza, Burger usw. verkaufen und es Abends öfter mal Partys gibt. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man sehr gut angebunden und kann leicht andere Orte in der Nähe erkunden und schöne Wanderungen machen.

Excelente departamento. La ubicación inmejorable. Súper amplio y cómodo a pesar de estar todo integrado. El anfitrión muy atento a los mensajes y cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. El kit de café súper completo al igual que todo lo del baño. Lo súper recomiendo.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Am Samstag wurden wir von Martin nett empfangen und er zeigte/erklärte uns alles. Unsere Ferienwohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr großzügig mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einer uneinsehbaren großen Terrasse. Es ist eine schönes altes Haus mit großem gemütl. Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Pool und Grill. Weiterhin gab es einen eigenen schattigen Parkplatz. Laden und Restaurants konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen lieben Dank.
