Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

Incredible place and view. Probably the best I've ever stayed on Airbnb. DO NOT bring a large car, the parking and road is tiny, but that's very common for the area and communicated clearly. Don't miss this one!

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

Magnifique maison, dans un petit coin de paradis. La terrasse est superbe avec une vue incroyable, le logement est très confortable et paisible. Jenny a été très accueillante, réactive et flexible ! On a passé un séjour parfait !!

Wat een ongelooflijke plek is dit! Als je een prachtig en rustig plekje zoekt met een wonderschoon uitzicht, zoek dan niet verder! De host Mendi verwelkomt je hartelijk bij aankomst en geeft je een tour van het huis, maar laat je verder in ruste vakantie vieren (al is hij altijd bereikbaar als je vragen heb). Verder heb ik nog nooit zo'n uitgebreide keuken gehad in een Airbnb (daar word ik als hobbykok erg gelukkig van), en mocht je toch iets missen, dan was Mendi altijd bereid om je wat te lenen. Het terras bij het zwembad is ook prachtig, en vanaf einde ochtend heeft het de hele dag zon. Perfect voor mensen die een dagje naar het strand willen, maar verder bij willen bruinen in een oase van rust. De ezels maken je uitzicht compleet! Ook vonden wij het erg leuk dat je aan elke kant van het huis openslaande deuren had, met ieder een eigen terras met apart doel (zwembad, BBQ, keuken, terras). Daardoor stond alles heel fijn in contact met elkaar, zelfs als je andere activiteiten deed.

Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gab Katzen, Hühner und einen Hund welche ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling bereitet haben. Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die besten Strände sind mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir können es jedem empfehlen!!! ☺️

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage , konnten entspannen und die Ruhe genießen, zugleich war man schnell in einer Stadt für Besorgungen. Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat fast alles. - von Netflix bis zu einem süßen Bad. Zum absoluten Glücke fehlten nur zwei größere Gläser - also ein Luxus-Problem😎 absolut empfehlenswert!

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was von benötigt. Das Möbelar könnte langsam erneuert werden. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Air BnB.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Acantilado Beach House! The location is absolutely breathtaking - perched above the cliffs with panoramic views of the sea, it felt like a private slice of paradise. The house itself is stylish, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in seamless and the entire stay smooth. Whether enjoying morning coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset over the water, every moment felt special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind in a serene, stunning setting. Would love to come back!

We stayed in Alcudia for the spring break and absolutely loved it! Josep’s apartment is beautifully located, beach front with stunning views on the turquoise sea and white sand beach. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning! Josep was a lovely host, very proactive, helpful and flexible. He offered tips, clear instructions with pictures and provided recommendations proactively including updates (for ex. on closed roads during the recent bike race that helped us with planning). The apartment was very well equipped from cooking spices to dishwasher and laundry detergents, sponges, etc. Two bathrooms made it super easy for a family of 4 and the bedrooms, although small, were peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything was is a great condition and working flawlessly. The location is incredible, a stone throw away from gorgeous beach but also supermarkets. The sunny mornings on the terrace will stay in our memories for a long time. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Niel and Julie’s place. The room is very spacious with lots of character. The kitchen has everything you need and the little balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains. We loved sitting outside in the mornings for breakfast and late evenings for a glass of wine. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Ein Kleinod. Da wir die Gegend bereits kannten, waren wir sehr begeistert in diesem Komplex wohnen zu können. Ein unbeschreiblicher Blick auf das Meer, die Bucht. Wir haben viel Zeit auf diesem Balkon verbracht. Sowohl zum Frühstück, als auch abends mit einer Flasche Wein. Puerto Andratx mit tollen Restaurants und schönen Geschäften ist auch gut mit Taxi erreichbar, zu Fuß 30 Minuten. Morgens konnten wir direkt ins Meer steigen. Einfach großartig. Ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Studio, was gut durchdacht ist und mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt.

Bellissimo appartamento, arredato con cura, pulitissimo e provvisto di tutte le cose necessarie per un piacevole soggiorno. Zona tranquilla, con ottimi ristoranti che si possono raggiungere a piedi e una bellissima vista sul mare. Il punto di appoggio perfetto per visitare Minorca! Anthony è stato un host eccezionale, amichevole e sempre pronto a darci consigli e suggerimenti. Torneremo sicuramente!

This place is a dream. Only a few minutes walk to your own private jump rock along with a shared pool. The views from the balcony and roof are simply stunning. Superb kitchen and entertaining area absolutely lovely place to spend the week in Mallorca couldn’t recommend any more!!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Airbnb is exactly as it looks in the photos. The balcony is great and somehow has some shade all day long, making it easy to enjoy the views without getting roasted by the sun. Beautiful beach right outside the door, and the Airbnb has two beach loungers and umbrellas. Perfect for front row enjoyment of the crystal clear water! Irina was very responsive. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen has all the dishes you could want, plus new appliances. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable. The sofa bed in the bedroom has a dip in the mattress, so not as comfortable. I would stay here again.

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Nous avons passé jours début juin 2025 chez Siano. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos. La co-propriété était très calme avec 2 piscines. L'appartement est très propre, moderne, la literie très confortable, avec gel douche, shampoings, draps, serviettes et même serviettes de plage fournis. La terrasse avec un petit point de vue sur la plage d'un côté et un grand point de vue sur le Mont Toro de l'autre. Parking privé au pied de l'appart. L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter les lieux situés au nord et à l'est vers Mahon. Compter 45min de route en voiture pour aller à Ciutadella. Plage de sable fin à 5 min à pied et petit supermarché très bien à 5 min aussi. Et enfin Siano, très présent et réactif par téléphone ou messagerie.

The location was great and within walking distance of local shops, cafes and the town centre. The accommodation itself was spacious, light and airy, comfortable, well equipped, and with great views towards the mountains. The town of Sóller is lovely and well located to other parts of the island via public transport, and the tram to the Port of Soller is a great experience, so too the train journey through the mountains to Palma.
