House holiday rentals in Balearic Islands

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in de villa. We mochten onze koffers al wat eerder achterlaten wat voor ons erg prettig was. We hebben contact gehad met de vader van Tito en hij was heel aardig. De kamers waren schoon en de bedden ook. In de badkamer kwamen we alleen nog haren tegen van onze voorgangers en in de keuken was het ook niet helemaal schoon. In de tuin was het ook nogal een rommeltje. Dat was dus wel jammer. Ondanks dat hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

We really loved Joana's place. It is a great experience to stay in a Spanish home, away from the city noises, very quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe in her place and had a good night sleep. And we appreciate Joana's kindness, she is a very nice person. We hope to come back soon!

We loved staying here! The house is really cozy, and the outdoor space and beautiful grounds are simply unbeatable. One note is that while the house does have a/c, the only two units are in the living room and bedroom with single beds upstairs. The temperature was perfectly pleasant mid-June, but it might be a consideration for some in hotter months of July and August.

Wir haben uns bei Mendi sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt wenn man auf Mallorca die Ruhe sucht. Auch das kleine Städtchen Alaro mit seinen engen Gassen und dem sehr gutem gastronomischen Angebot hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Küste und Strände sind mit dem Auto unkompliziert zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge ist von Mendis Unterkunft wirklich tramatisch schön! Wir hatten vor wandern zu gehen, leider war es aber viel zu heiß. Wir werden gerne einmal im Frühjahr oder Herbst wiederkommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool und der Grillplatz – perfekt für entspannte Tage und gemütliche Abende. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen sofort persönlich geholfen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Finca absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

Absolutely beautiful house and location! Be sure to bring a car, as it’s about a 30-minute drive to the beaches and a 40-minute walk to the nearest town — but it’s definitely worth it! Arta is so pretty and the house is the perfect place to wake up in the mornings and end your day.

We had a great time at Antonio’s place. He was proactive with his communication and gave clear instructions. The house was Fantastic. Despite exploring several amazing beaches our kids always asked to swim in the pool upon arriving home for the night. We liked the central location of the home as it allowed for us to visit various regions of the island each day. Would definitely stay again!

Probably the best garden I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been all over the world! Totally amazing Bonzai and cactus garden then beautiful olive orchard - totally inspiring. Great pool and every amenities you could want. We loved it and would come again! Juan was helpful and informative. Quiet and an easy walkable distance from town, buses and the all important beach all in all 100%!

Krásné a romantické prostředí Mallorské vesnice obklopené ovečkami a přírodou. Velmi upravená zahrada a dům čistý.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen kann man stundenlang verweilen – alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Ankunft: Wasser, Brot, Obst, Käse und Eier – eine sehr herzliche Geste! Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und würden gerne wieder lommen.

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

This beautiful Spanish villa was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Santanyí so easy walking distance from all the restaurants, town centre and market stalls right outside the house on Wednesday / Saturday! Also a great place to explore the southern beaches. The villa has everything you need, stunning decor and architectural touches. Having a local mallorcan wine on one of the (3!!) terraces was bliss. Would recommend again and again

Wat hebben wij een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Met vijf personen verbleven we in deze prachtige woning, en werkelijk alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De accommodatie is ruim, stijlvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien – je merkt aan alles dat er met liefde en oog voor detail is gewerkt. Het zwembad was echt de kers op de taart: schoon, groot genoeg voor ons allemaal en heerlijk om in te ontspannen na een dagje ontdekken of simpelweg om de hele dag bij te vertoeven. De rust en privacy die je hier ervaart zijn ongeëvenaard. Geen drukte, geen geluidsoverlast – alleen pure ontspanning in een schitterende omgeving. Kortom: een compleet, comfortabel en ontspannen verblijf op een toplocatie met een goede host. Wij hebben genoten en zouden deze plek zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken. Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust, luxe en persoonlijke gastvrijheid!

Our stay was a dream come true. The home was super charming and private, overlooking the stunning ocean. Titi made us feel at home right from the moment we started communicating. She offered us to arrive an evening early (we couldn't change our tickets in time unfortunately!), and stay for a late check out, all complimentary, which was so generous and thoughtful. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and a magical bedroom upstairs with a separate entrance, which we very much enjoyed. The air conditioning was perfect, every amenity as described, and the wifi was great for working remotely. We couldn't rave about this place enough and can't wait to return! Thank you Titi!

Het verblijf in Finca Son Fortuny was heerlijk. De villa is heerlijk en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is fantastisch en de tuin heeft meerdere zitjes zodat je altijd een goede plek hebt om te zitten. Maria doet erg haar best om je thuis te voelen en komt regelmatig voor de tuin en het zwembad. Ook heeft ze zelfs wasmiddel en kruiden klaarstaan. De omgeving is rustig. Deze plek is verder van de heel toeristische (party)plekken, maar de mooie stranden en dorpen van het zuid oosten van Mallorca zijn in 35 tot 45 minuten aan te rijden. Vlakbij in Sant Joan vind je twee kleine supermarkten en met 20 minuten ben je in Manacor. Het liefst komen we volgend jaar weer! Bedankt Maria!

Das Haus ist ein echtes Juwel! Der bei den ersten Malen sehr beschwerliche Aufstieg zum höchstgelegenen Haus dieses entzückenden Bergdorfes zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus! Der Blick ist selbst für mallorquinische Verhältnisse einmalig. Die Terrasse ist geräumig und mit ausreichend Möbeln ausgestattet, daß wir uns zu zweit wohlgefühlt haben. Im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus finden sich viele originelle Artefakte, die den Aufenthalt besonders machen. Bäder und Küche sind modern und gut nutzbar. Das zweite Badezimmer ist allerdings nur über die Terrasse zu erreichen; für uns zwei eher angenehm, weil man die Dusche fast wie eine Außendusche nutzen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit Diego war perfekt und sehr herzlich! Er hat uns bei der Übergabe sogar beim Schleppen der Vorräte geholfen! Ganz herzlichen Dank für eine wunderschöne Woche in Eurem kleinen Schmuckstück! Wir kommen gerne wieder

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

Ein absoluter Traum direkt am Meer! Das Haus war einfach perfekt – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick direkt aufs Meer, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend von der Terrasse genossen haben. Drei Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche haben ebenfalls Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles war super sauber, hochwertig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Einmalig ist auch die Höhle im Keller, die zu einem direkten Zugang zum Meer führt. Von dort sind wir einige Male mit dem Kanu oder Stand Up Paddel (welche von Roman kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden!) raus aufs Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Roman als Gastgeber: extrem hilfsbereit, herzlich und mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

What a wonderful time and place! Very nice house with a beautiful private pool and terrace. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths perfect for family with max. 4 persons. Quiet and remote location, but still very easy to access all beaches with car or bike. The furniture is very nice and stylish. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary to start cooking immediately. Nespresso machine with capsule are already waiting for a welcome coffee! Thanks a lot Lourdes for making this a wonderful vacation for our family.
