Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

Our group of 5 adults were very satisfied with the house. There was plenty of space, comfortable beds and the three bathrooms were awesome. We asked for a microwave and more bedrooms pillows and Neven quickly arrived with arms full of pillows and a microwave. All questions were answered quickly and instructions are provided quickly. A vehicle is required to visit local attractions of Rovinj, Pula and Poreč. We enjoyed local wine tasting at One Hill Winery and truffle farm of Zigante in Livade, both a must to visit. Thank you Neven for hosting a great house to enjoy between daytime adventures.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

Everything was great, as described. The house is very nice and tidy. The pool and jacuzzi were the stars of our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful. For an even more excellent experience, a larger refrigerator would be welcome. Also, slightly better quality bed linen and towels, and a few sorting indoor trash cans.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

The house and complex are great! There is everything you needed (especially for babies and infants) and it was the cleanest place we had so far! The landlords were so super friendly and accommodating; the location is wonderfully rural and yet you are in 5 minutes by car to shops and restaurants! We didn't miss anything and the kids were happy too! All around a place to feel good! We definitely want to come back again!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I stayed for a weekend, and we really didn’t want to leave. The apartment was sparkling clean, very comfortable, very beautiful taste, peaceful and I can easily see myself having a long-stay visit there. Breakfast in the balcony with garden view was one of my favourite things in the trip. The bed was really comfortable, and great blinds and sound isolation for a peaceful sleep. The location also was good: - Supermarket: 5 mins walk - Beach: 15 mins walk/4 mins by car - Old city: 25 mins walk - GREAT value for money restaurant: couple of minus walk. - Car parking: inside the house garden. As a cherry on top, Sandra was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful. She welcomed us with a big smile and enthusiasm 😊 I would definitely recommend it for a very pleasant stay in Rovinj.

Everything was super nice! We had a great, very relaxing holiday! The welcome and also the farewell were very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. Absolute privacy in the middle of an olive grove and well located for excursions to the coast, to Pula, Rovenji, Medulin, etc. Supermarkets and restaurants are also very close. (Tip from us: Steak restaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 minutes by car). The heated pool and the beautiful covered terrace were simply great. Dino came by to clean the pool after prior registration. The communication was excellent, Dino and his wife were very helpful and always responded very quickly. We would come back anytime and recommend the accommodation without reservation!!! Thank you again, dear Dino - also to your wife, for this wonderful stay :-)

Great stay with dog and toddler. Great new apartment (not yet in the pictures) and great pool area/summer kitchen, we only stayed there as 2 couples. Only two suggestions for improvement: renovate the bathrooms in the other two apartments and outside an outdoor grill would be the highlight!! 😊 Otherwise, we felt very comfortable, everything was great and we had a great vacation. Kitchen incredibly well equipped (never experienced like this!) It's also great that there were carports for the cars.

Half an hour drive from Pula and its attractions, 10-minute walk to the sea and dog-friendly beaches and 5-minute drive to Fazana and then to the boats to the islands. But above all, a Host available for anything (The wind knocked down a tent and after a few hours his father came to fix it) and an apartment that makes you feel at home!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

The location was very great in the beautiful village of Bale. The hosts were very warm and helpful. I can recommend the property Wärmsteins.

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped house with pool and garden, very spacious living/dining room, 2 large bedrooms, each with bathroom. Spotlessly clean! The house is very quiet. Ideal for guests who value nature and privacy, where shopping and a very well-maintained restaurant (La Grisa) are a few minutes' walk away. The place is ideally located to explore Istria: a few minutes drive away are a well-known wine resort (Meneghetti) and olive oil producers (Chiavalon; Nono Remido). Rovinj, Porec, Pula and NP Brijuni are within 30-50 minutes drive. The hosts are extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. I had made a mistake when booking, which was handled with the utmost goodwill. Thank you very much for a great stay! Great recommendation!

Beautiful traditional house set amongst the olive groves. Very clean accommodation with all the comforts. Central location for visiting central and southern Istria. Mauro's welcome was very warm. Only negative comment for us, the accommodation is quite isolated. But if you like peace and quiet, it's perfect! I would recommend this home !

We recently stayed as a family, and Sanja's home was absolutely perfect. Nestled in the heart of this beautiful historic town, it felt like we were living in history. The place was quaint and cute, providing a wonderful ambiance. The building remained cool, maintaining the perfect temperature, and we slept really well. Bale itself is stunning, with fantastic food to enjoy every evening. Walking around the town is truly magical. Its location made it an excellent base for exploring all of Istria. The access to parking was a huge plus, making our trips even more convenient. We spent every day at the sea, going from beach to beach. Everything you might want to visit is under an hour from Bale, with most attractions only 20 minutes away. We would definitely come again!
