Susan place was amazing. Very clean very roomy for 8 of us a a dog. Very clean everything you could possibly need was there.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Check in was a breeze and the entire place was clean. The proximity to the Beach and the Gulf is a great bonus. Our kids enjoyed the Beach Supplies and the Game Area upstairs. Val & Rodney were very responsive to our questions and/or comments from the outset. We love coming to the Gulf Shores area and will definitely keep this place in mind when we return (and you should consider it too).

Amber’s place was so restful. I enjoyed seeing her so much.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The location worked well for our travel needs. We would definitely visit again. Our complaint upon entering was the house “smelled old.” It needed a dehumidifier. The thermostat is set to 77°F between gets so it gets pretty warm/humid and has stale air. The home was clean and decorated well. I loved the eclectic vibe. The inside looked just like the pictures. It would have been nice to have seen photos of the backyard prior and to note it is not fully fenced in. If you are in the area definitely check this spot out. You won’t be disappointed!!

It was our first time renting a house for vacation! Everything was prefect and we could bring our dogs with us so we didn’t have to find someone to watch them and they do better when they are with us anyways. We will be back to this place! Kids said it was nice and clean and felt like home.

This was a cool spot to be! The space was bigger than expected and had great energy upon arriving! It does say the address takes you to the storage right next to it but e we figured it out! Just have to look for the dance studio sign! Would definitely recommend! And not too far from the best bar in town 2 shots in! Would 100% recommend stopping in there!

This home was lovely! Michael and Courtney were very proactive with their communication and provided clear instructions. The home is beautifully appointed and has tons of space for families. Would absolutely stay there again!

Quiet location on the water. The fishing from the dock was great. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. Definitely would book this place again

Beautiful location, beautiful home-we especially appreciated the pool with 3 children under 6. I loved watching the dolphins. We also of course loved the beach and the proximity to the marina. Amy was very responsive and helpful-would love to return.

It was great being within walking distance to the beach, especially with all the kid gear we had to drag. The pools were very nice and not at all busy. Our host was responsive and the condo was clean and nice. We enjoyed the game stash!

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores and David’s cottage was awesome! Great location, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so close to walk to the beach. All the beach equipment and toys were such a great touch… our grandkids loved the pool too! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and afternoons as it got great shade and breezes! David was so nice, helpful and very responsive! You can’t go wrong by staying at The United We Sand!

We had a wonderful time at the beach. The house was great and very close to the beach. The pool was also a great feature.

Camper was awesome, felt just like using our own!!! Campground is very well maintained, and plus it has a pool for the kids. This camper is located 2 spots from the pool so the kids really enjoyed it!!! We will def be back next year.

Great place; very beautiful. Loved the screened in porch with a beautiful view of Florida’s natural surroundings . Four deer 🦌 came to visit in the back of home- amazing. Too Quick a trip to celebrate daughter’s graduation. We will definitely be back. It was a great location for us. First time we were able to take our golden retriever on vacation . Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

We were very happy with our stay. The area was perfect to attend a destination wedding for family in Orange Beach. It was such a a comfortable stay. Quiet and many thoughtful details were included such as coffee and snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the dog-friendly attitude. Very good value and I definitely plan to revisit!

This is a very nice condo. There is a beautiful view of the water from inside the condo. You can also sit on the back porch or walk down to the waters edge. The host called us and asked if we needed anything. He picked up water and coffee from the store and left it in the room for our arrival. He was available for us to text or call throughout our stay and directed us to several local restaurants. We will be staying again. There is a nice restaurant with beautiful views within walking distance that was affordable and delicious.

VERY CLEAN. Great place to stay. Exactly as advertised. We go to Fairhope often and this will be our first pick when we need a place to stay.

Dustin was very accommodating and responsive. His place was well kept and easily accessible. The open living space made evenings relaxing allowing family to be at the table, watching tv or playing foosball. Was also very affordable.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious clean quiet with a big back yard. I will book here again next time for sure. Had been under tornado watch with some strong showers at time of departure and Josh called to check on us and said that we were good to stay until it passed us. So that was very thoughtful of him.

My family loved our stay! We have four kids and the space was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. When we arrived, the house was clean, well stocked and had some extra goodies. The house is well decorated, warm and charming. There was plenty of room in the driveway and plenty of storage space in the closets for our stuff (we were a 9 day stay). Laura was very responsive to any questions we had and she even gave us some local recommendations to check out. OWA and Historic Downtown Foley get a 10/10 from us as well. We hit the small shops and Stacey's Soda Fountain. Foley's Farmer's Market was awesome as well and we picked up some fresh caught seafood. Everything you need is closeby. We had a fire in the firepit one night and cooked the fresh seafood on the grill. In the mornings, my husband and I would sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch and drink our coffee. This place was great and we enioyed out stay!

Don’t hesitate, stay here! It was so peaceful and cozy with every amenity you could think of. A great kitchen stocked with all appliances, dishes, utensils. The shower was great. She had everything we needed for the beach.. it was wonderful not having to buy/rent an umbrella and chairs. The beaches were very close but you still get to go “home” in the evenings to the quiet of the country. Having coffee on the screened in back porch and watching the creek was very peaceful in the morning. A great value and well worth every penny!

Great host, great place to stay, welcoming!

We stayed three nights and everything was great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers. We would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Lovely place.. older but obviously well taken care of. Close to the causeway, can get to Mobile quickly. Loved the garden. Would stay again.
