I was blown away by the cleanliness of the space and how helpful the host was. Normally, I have to go back and forth with the host when I'm staying at an Airbnb to deal with some type of issue logistically. Prior to my arrival, this particular host provided detailed, helpful instructions for everything from parking to how to access the rooftop amenities (gym, pool, billiards table). Speaking of the rooftop, the view from there is amazing especially at night. In addition, the location has easy access to the rail that goes straight to either DFW or DAL airport and plenty of restaurants / bars / shops nearby. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.

This was a GREAT place to stay for the weekend. As a young woman traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. The neighborhood was super safe and nice. It’s close to many great areas of Dallas. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well decorated! I would stay here again!

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

Our stay in Dallas was wonderful. Jaxsie gave easy to follow instructions to access the apartment. The space was cosy and super clean. Jaxsie was lighting fast to respond to our questions. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we only needed to stay one night! Parking was close to the stairs, the neighborhood was safe and serene and if we had the time, I’m sure we would have found many cute options for dinner or coffee just around the corner. This is the type of spot they exceeds your expectations. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for a great stay!

I spent my 26th birthday at this Airbnb with a few friends for a game night, and it was the perfect setting for a cozy get-together. The host provided a great selection of games, plus we had a blast with the pool table. The couch and beds were super comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better it’s just a 5-minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. You won't find a more walkable spot in Dallas. Thanks for making my birthday so memorable!

This is a great place to stay near Dallas but outside the city. We sometimes parked at a nearby rail station and took the trains into the city, which were never crowded and avoided driving in city traffic. This is a working class residential neighborhood. Lots of cars parked at houses, but still a very quiet area.

Brett’s place was a perfect base for my mom and aunt and I as we travelled to visit family in Forney. The home was beautiful and clean, beds comfy, instructions easy to follow and clear. Brett was super responsive and pro active in communicating with us. I would stay here again in a heart beat and highly recommend if traveling to the area. Thanks for hosting us!

My husband and I had a wonderful two week stay at Laurel's house. The location was extremely convenient for visiting family in Mesquite and to major highways into Dallas. It's a newly renovated, clean and comfortable house. We felt right at home with all the kitchen and bath amenities we needed. Laurel is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I've come across. She was ready to help with anything and even had some treats waiting for us when we checked in. I also really appreciated her detailed check-in/check-out instructions and info on trash days, lawn maintenance days, etc. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with regular neighborhood sounds during the day, (lawn mowing, occasional loud car passing, neighbors spending time outside), and very peaceful at night. We were happy we got to stay in the house when we needed to extend our trip by a few days. I'll be looking to stay here again next time I'm visiting the area.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. They are very responsive and communicate well. House is clean and looks like the pictures. Had no issues everything was great and will book this place again

Great stay

Sheharyar was an excellent host. We rented the Farmhouse for a Father's get together. Our guest loved the property. It was just the right size for our small group. We really enjoyed the place. I would definitely recommend. Thanks Sheharyar!

Great home in a nice area

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
