Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

The apartment boasts an incredible view, and the entire accommodation, including the building itself, is highly secure. There is also a designated children's area. Importantly, the management team is always open to receiving feedback to enhance visitors' stays, taking it seriously to ensure high standards are met. The images posted by them accurately represent the furnishings found in the apartment. If there are no restrictions on the number of adults, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4-5 adults and one child. The beautiful Lake Balaton is just a 2-3 minute walk from the building, where you can rent small boats or yachts, swim, or visit the children's playground, equipped with swings, slides, seesaws, and more. If you are seeking a peaceful environment, this is the perfect location, as it offers a serene retreat away from the bustle of Budapest. However, the M7 motorway provides a quick connection to Budapest,with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes by car

Very nice apartment. Looks exactly like in the photos and you could park right at your doorstep. Access to the lake is within walking distance. By bike you can perfectly explore the surroundings and the nearest villages. The bikes should be inflated a little more and a pedal repaired but otherwise great that there is a possibility. If you have any questions, we received a response within a few minutes.

Excellent place to stay in Szántód, right on the waterfront.

We can only say here that the place is absolutely amazing. Located directly on Lake Balaton, now nice and quiet in April and the house or the equipment is very good. A dream if you can sit in the hot tub or on the sofa in not so warm weather and look out on the Lake Balaton through the large panoramic windows. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for us Hungarian fans here in April.

Csaba was very flexible, helpful, and communicative. Although we didn't meet in person, she called to say how we felt. The place is impeccable, very nice, clean, tidy. We had a great 1 day here. Thank you again from here, Csaba! The only difficulty we had was that we couldn't order food, they didn't deliver the food to us, so it's a good idea to call the hospitality places for this if someone is planning to do this in advance. (We only stayed here for one night, because of a friendly event, and we didn't want to cook/grill together because of the weather. I might choose this in hindsight.) Of course, this isn't the fault of the accommodation or the landlord, it's more like a plus info so no one else gets into this kind of thing.

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Great Lake Balaton accommodation with a nice view and private beach. The yard was pleasantly shaded, and you could sunbathe on the dock and on the beach. The place is well-equipped and they were able to provide us with a crib and a high chair.

3 very nice weeks! Adam is great, always, also multilingual, reachable! If you want to vacation close to the beach, quiet, with delicious food options nearby, then here. Great terrace, very important: air conditioning😉!!!....in the heat. There were three of us as a family, everything worked out for us!

We booked Krisztina's house for two with our dog for 7 days and felt very comfortable. The absolute highlight is of course the private jetty and lake access! The townhouse is very nicely furnished, has a great view of the lake on the upper floor over the panoramic windows. The artificial turf, which actually gets very hot in high temperatures, was a bit of a challenge for us and our dog to get used to. But it always looks good and you can easily reach the beautiful covered lodge and the jetty. As a dog owner, it is important that the dog is not allowed on the first floor, which is of course understandable, but we were not aware of this beforehand. This is an important note for dog owners whose dog is not left alone at night. In any case, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Visited with our two young children and grandparents from both sides. House was ideal, felt spacious and had a large garden, so the kids had plenty of space to tear around when they weren't in the water. Weather was quite changeable during our stay, so we really got to experience the full spectrum of the Balaton coast from the comfort of the villa. Felt very safe for the kids, even though the youngest is only 3 and doesn't swim yet. Neighbourhood was quiet, collected food from a nice restaurant a couple of times and it was a 15 min walk to the local shops and beach area. Noticed most of the visitors in the area had bikes, which would have been ideal as it's very flat and not many cars around. Tried some fishing from the garden, but water was a bit too shallow unless you waded out 200m or so to one of the fishing platforms. You pay a premium for being right on the coast but if you are only visiting for a week it's worth it, especially with young children.

We found a gem in Balatonszarszo. Viktoria haz and its owners are truly one of a kind. The house and its surroundings are absolutely beautiful. It has everything one might want in a home away from home. The property has a nice waterfront with a big sundeck. The owners live close by and are ready to help with anything one might need. They went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was as good as it could be. Highly recommend.

Perfect location with access to the public beach in front of the building, which gives direct access to the lake.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures – clean, modern, tastefully furnished, and all the necessary equipment was available. The neighborhood is quiet, but easily accessible, and shops and restaurants are nearby. The host was extremely kind and helpful, everything went smoothly from arrival to checkout. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a demanding, calm and well-equipped accommodation!

Viki's place is in a great location, very close to the free beach, comfortable beds, the air conditioning could probably cool better, but I can't write anything negative other than that. The place is lavish!

If you want to recharge your battery,this is the perfect place to do it.You can walk,run,ride a bike or just relax. A grate place for vacation

Everything would be great if it wasn't for the dirt in the kettle that even a person was afraid to boil after what was in it, dirty dishes. Beautiful lake view from the balcony, close to restaurants and boardwalk.

Everything as described and as shown in the pictures. Great landlord, super accessible when you need help. The path to the lake is 2 minutes walking distance. A great quiet area. Everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was well equipped, matching the description and pictures. There was a parking lot and a bicycle storage, easy access. The advantage is that there is an elevator in the building. Price value ratio is perfect, especially since it is on the beach.

Very tastefully decorated. Everything imaginable is available. :)
