The place matched the description and we felt very comfortable. The place is very centrally located and you only need a few minutes' walk to the beach and the center with shops and everything you need. Gábor was very friendly and reliable. The place was clean and everything necessary was available. The air conditioning was a blessing on hot days. It works very well and you can cool the apartment down really well. The balcony is very spacious. You can hang out the laundry and still have plenty of space. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend the apartment.

The flexible 'check-in' as well as the flexible 'check-out' were very good for us, which we had a long journey. The personal account cat at check-in and the explanation of the house, the house and pool technology were great and greatly contributed to a great and relaxed holiday start. You could just feel comfortable in this property. The view over Lake Balaton and the great sunsets - you can go on vacation. The tips in the Carolin and Geoff area were very helpful. The infrastructure in Balatonfützfö is also overly good. Conclusion: A repeated vacation with the use of this great accommodation is not excluded from our point of view.

Very new and modern apartment! Simple and comfortable furnishings. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area, but they didn't bite us. Large parking lot. Easy check in. Only the code for the building was missing.

Everything was great, the apartment is clean, well located. Márton is kind and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped. We really enjoyed staying here, if we go to Siófok we will definitely check if it is available. 😊

Compackt, beautiful studio, walking distant to the beach, in a quiet neighbourhood.

The place matched the listing description. Great for families - quiet location, beautiful lake view. Good orientation of the apartment to the sun, the garden in front of the house secured in such a way that children do not get alone to the lake. On the beach two restaurants - buffets. Great communication with the host.

It was really nice & compact place. Everything was near & clean. Communication with Zsolt is very smooth. Apartment has everything what you need.

Very kindly received by Lilla, she gave us a tour. It is very nice that you could use the facilities of the hotel: swimming pool, beach on the lake, lawn in the shade, plenty of sun loungers, nice swimming pool without restrictions. Stores and restaurant within walking distance. Private parking. Very cool!

We had a really nice stay. Apartment looks same as in pictures, but pictures can't express how it feels. And it feels real good. It's close to lake, close to city center, even few nice restaurants are around the corner. Apartment is super clean and it also offers jacuzzi and sauna. Highly recomended.

Honestly? You probably can't have it better with other accommodations and landlords. At most equivalent, but that would be very difficult for them to achieve. Mariann has actually set her quality incredibly high in everything. I wish I could stay everywhere so well.

We enjoyed staying with Eva very much. The apartment is very cozy and it has everything you need. A highlight was the fireplace in the garden. The kids were happy about the toys in the apartment. We were able to do in the area.

Arrival was a bit difficult at first, we came from the other side and the path was very difficult to pass by car (cars that are structurally lowered, would have had massive problems with passing through) but after arrival the passable path was explained (actually real path). Check in was straightforward and went pretty fast. Accommodation was relatively clean (a bit dusty) but otherwise there was nothing. The outside pool was even heated especially for us in demand for the evening. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and very nice. We would love to come back anytime. Check out was also straightforward and quick.

The accommodation is extremely clean, equipped with all the important tools. Great neighborhood, wonderful view of the lake. Everything was impeccable, thank you very much! :)
