Holiday rentals with a patio in Balamban

The flat felt homey. Location is near the best hang-out places in Cebu, but also quietly tucked in a peaceful neighborhood. It had evrything I needed. Host had all the written instructions laid out very well already, but was also very quick to respond to inquiries. I highly recommend this place! The guards at the ground floor were also very helpful.

This place to stay really felt very safe and comfortable, but only one key was provided which would have been a bit more troublesome for multiple people to act separately, but later the front desk was also very thoughtful, and the host couple made it feel like a home away from home.

Great Experience overall! Will definitely book again. I appreciate the complete cookware and water dispenser.

We had an amazing experience at MAnny's Place! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described. We cooked a lot of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with everything we needed — made it feel just like home. The layout was comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bed was super comfortable and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants, Tao'ist Temple and public transportations. In our case we brought our Ford Ranger pickup, and it fit perfectly in the garage — a big plus for us, especially since parking can be tricky in some places. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it was still close to great spots for dining and exploring. Our contact perosn Kuya Buddywas incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Higly recommended. The unit is a little dated but clean. It has almost everything you will need during your stay. The building staff were quite helpful. The location is excellent. 5 minute walk to ayala center bloc which hosts several restaurants. There is no shortage of covenience store around. The host were friendly amd easy to talke to.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. I highly recommend visiting them at their establishment and doing yourself that privilege. Thank you 🙏 so much for the excellent food and hospitality!

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

A nice house to call home for 3 months, happy stay we had. Excellent aircon system, good WiFi and great cleaning ladies and service included as long stay. Our requests always sorted. The road on entry is newly fixed too. Thanks

The room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is central, but getting anywhere requires more than just walking distance, which has to take a taxi. it’s definitely great value, and I would stay here again next time.

The place was amazing—super nice, clean, and cozy. My partner and I especially loved the kitchenware; we had so much fun using them! Everything looked so aesthetic and was spotless. There were helpful instructions everywhere, which made it easy to use the appliances and other stuff. The host was also really great and very accommodating. Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

Nice stay in Cebu for one night right by the airport, comfy mattress, easy check in and out. Recommend if you are looking for a nice place.

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.
