Holiday rentals with a patio in Balamban

ホストはとてもレスポンスが早く助かりました。バスルームのシャワーからお湯が出なくなった時もすぐに対応してくれました。 また、ベットのマットレスはとても寝心地がよいです。同じコンドミニアムの他の部屋もいくつか見ましたが、ここまでデザイナーがしっかりデザインして収納なども工夫されている部屋は他にありませんでした。

Отличное расположение в чистом и приятном районе, рядом большой торговый центр с магазинами и ресторанами. Квартира очень чистая и милая.

這個住宿地點真的非常令人感到安全安心跟舒適，只不過只有提供一把鑰匙，多人如果要分開行動會比較麻煩，但後來也提供櫃檯寄放的服務非常貼心，房東夫妻倆讓人有種回到家的感覺。

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s very near to Mactan Airport, and there are lots of nearby restaurants. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. Check-in was also very smooth. If you wanna stay somewhere near at the airport during your trip in Cebu, I highly recommend this place!

I was with 3 seniors during our stay and they really liked the place. It was senior-friendly and senior-approved! They are impressed with the house and how clean it is. Rob and Angeli are also very responsive to us, and their place really felt like home. Everyone in our group felt comfortable, the house is very cozy but also very functional for group travellers like us! Their instructions are also very clear and they really thought about their guest, we can see it in their design. The welcome snacks and card is also very thoughtful!

This place is amazing, lots of rooms, and private. Pool is great! Host is friendly as well. 10/10!

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

A nice house to call home for 3 months, happy stay we had. Excellent aircon system, good WiFi and great cleaning ladies and service included as long stay. Our requests always sorted. The road on entry is newly fixed too. Thanks

What you see is what you get, everything is fine, except that the area is quite deep in the neighborhood... Or maybe it was not really the area's problem, it was just those taxi drivers who choose to drive the easier way. Everytime I get a taxi, they would always say "nah sudlonon mana diha ma'am." too annoying! And always pa jud mg pa dugang bayad. The place is nice and comfortable. Even with a kid. So if you can rent a car, just rent so it would be much convenient to go anywhere from this area. The host is super nice too.

The room was very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The location is central, but getting anywhere requires more than just walking distance, which has to take a taxi. it’s definitely great value, and I would stay here again next time.

Fantastic place. Very spacious and great views. The best view I ever had sitting on a toilet. Huge window in bathroom. Location is good with 7-11 next door, coffee shop and few restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this place. Only complaint would be the shower head in the master bath. For such a nice place I should not have to hold the shower head in my hand while taking a shower. The tub did not have hot water for my 2 yr old to take a bath so we had to fill buckets to pour into the bath from shower. However this would not prevent me from staying again. Also great pool and decent playground area that my daughter enjoyed.

Er is beveiliging beneden het gebouw en voor de poort, maakt het sowieso al een stuk fijner. Verder is het zwembad geweldig en gym faciliteiten super. De kamer zelf van alle gemakken voorzien en zelfs water wat je kan pakken. Top dus!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.
