This charming loft apartment from 19 century recently renovated with incredible character high ceilings up to 6 metres and balcony is situated in the heart of Valencia, next to emblematic Quart towers giving entrance to old town, transport, market, amenities less then 3 minutes walk, restaurant cafe just downstairs, strategic position to all Valencia so you can walk anywhere. The loft is situated on 3rd floor without lift but with comfortable stairs. Queen size double bed and one sofa bed.

It’s been a great stay - super clean, tidy and smelt great that I definitely felt home! While the weather was super hot, the apartment was quite away from the heat. I stayed for a week and in the middle of the week, I was supplied with new sets of towels and beddings. It was lovely to stay with Maria Fernanda and her family🙂

Great hosts, very friendly, super helpful. House is tidy, nice patio. We had an amazing stay, very good public transport to the city and the coast, less than 5 min walk to 2 supermarkets, plenty of local restaurants within less than 5 min walking distance. Close to Turia gardens. We can definitely recommend.

The room is small and clean, basic. Nadia is very helpful and reaponsive. The apartment is very quiet, it has hostel vibes, not the actual apartment with the rules set all around the walls as reminders. I would definitely go back.
