Excellent location, 150 meters from the main avenue by paved road, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ukumari Park, 10 minutes from CC Unicentro. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away. We speak English to answer questions from foreigners.

El apartamento está ubicado en un conjunto residencial tranquilo cerca del centro de Santa Rosa. Es un lugar rodeado de montañas, con un lindo paisaje. Actualmente están terminando un edificio enseguida lo que genera ruido en algunos horarios, para dormir en la noche es silencioso, pero si quieres estar todo el día te recomendaría elegir otro lugar. Para mantener la armonía del edificio se pide a nuestros huéspedes evitar los volúmenes elevados de música y de la voz.

Don't worry about a thing, our accommodation has everything. We have fiber optic internet. There is a construction nearby that can generate some noise during the day (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
