Apartment holiday rentals in Baja California Sur

Fantastic spot for our group. We were trying to get some work and pleasure in and Maks place was perfect for that. Internet was fast in the living space and balcony but not great on the roof. The views are impecable and the rooftop is a fantastic space to lounge. Communication with Mak and his team was top notch and they were super helpful throughout our stay. As previously noted there is some construction going on next door, but we did not find this to be too inconvenient, although the music playing from the sporting courts next door was loud until at least 11pm, only mildly bothersome when inside at night. Not a super walkable area but a quick and cheap uber to most places was not a big deal, and the peace of being a bit further from downtown and the spectacular views made it well worth it. Overall would highly recommend.

Place was just as the pictures showed. Place was clean. Super nice. Check in was super easy. Location was great. Using the gps to get there is good but don’t turn down the dirt road that it tells you to. Get to rental from the malicon. Definitely bring some towels or buy some here. With 2 showers some days, there wasn’t enough. We left the ones we bought there but still needs more. Wished there was a washer and dryer but the laundry mat was super close. The pool was 12 steps from our patio and heated. Was perfect. Loved the pool bathroom being out by it. Would have liked a tv in our bedroom but not a deal breaker. All in all was super pleased with it. Was glad we brought clothes hangers too

this airbnb was exactly how you would like to find one, all the comforts and details of a nice hotel. Nice work to this owner and management team. Perfect !

El departamento está hermoso, limpio y con decoración minimalista. Blancos limpios y seguridad externa e interna estupenda. El único tema a mejorar es que la dirección de geolocalización que muestran en la app no es correcta y estuvimos dando vueltas para encontrarla. Se recomienda llegar de día debido a que no hay alumbrado público en la noche.

Es uno de los mejores lugares donde me he hospedado, todo estaba ordenado, cuenta con los servicios y elementos básicos, me encantó que contara con artículos para la playa me fueron muy utiles para las actividades que tenía planeado hacer en la ciudad, está muy cerca del muelle, la zona es muy tranquila y privada, sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Este espacio me encantó. una vista muy linda desde la terraza. Me pareció muy cómodo, práctico, impecable, todo nuevo y detalles muy bien pensados para los huéspedes. Excelente ubicación para mis planes, muy cerca de Playa Central. Paulina super amable y flexible.

Great spot to stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The view of 3 surf breaks from the hot tub was awesome. There were a couple good places to eat within a short walk. Only minuses would be the not walker friendly zone and road noise. The walk down the dirt road was chill and the beach walking was good, but getting to other zones required an uber.

La pasamos muy bien en el alojamiento, la fotos corresponden a la perfección. Lo volvería a rentar sin duda. El apartamento es muy funcional y muy agradable.

Club Ceralvo is clearly the best place to stay in El Sargento. It is very well maintained, secure and the pool is wonderful. Good place to switch off from everything. El Sargento caters for mostly for Kite Surfers and Divers, hence is not very crowded and not all restaurants open during the shoulder season when we were there (early to mid June). Would definitely stay there again.

This was a great, quiet place to stay just a couple minute walk from the marina and associated restaurants/activities. The room was clean and the host was very accommodating to our needs.

El Airbnb de Tom está excelente en todos los sentidos, nos sentimos muy tranquilas y seguras, fue muy atento en presentarse y mostrarnos el apartamento (muy pocos los hacen), el espacio es muy bonito, impecable y mejor que como se muestra en las fotografías. Nos encantó estar aquí, vamos a regresar.

The location was great and really easy to get around. The apartment looked just like the photos, with amazing views! Dalia was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place to enjoy a peaceful time. It has enough room to fit 6 adults. The common areas (living, kitchen and deck) are spacious and great to hang as group. Xochitl was very responsive and provided great instructions. There’s a private beach closer to the apartment and another public beach beside the beach club 10 mins walking. The apartment complex has restaurants, a pharmacy and a mini market with groceries. We rented a car which made it easier to move to the malecon and city center.

Excelente departamento para hospedarse, muy cómodo para descansar, para estar en playa médano o para ir a conocer lugares al rededor de Cabo San Lucas. No hay ruido cerca, excelente la alberca, la gente del condominio y los anfitriones son muy amables, además tienes estacionamiento todo el tiempo, sin duda regresaremos.

Excelente lugar y anfitrión, muy recomendado, la ubicación está perfecta para los diferentes puntos de interés.

We virtually had both pools to ourselves all week long. Easy walk to the beach. Thanks for the beach chairs amd welcome gift

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We were in San Jose for a wedding and this place was the perfect location to stay. The villa was perfect and just like the pictures. The view sitting on back porch is outstanding. The view at night seeing the city lights and hearing the waves crash was so peaceful. We really enjoyed the infinity pool at the villas. Had the pool to ourselves and perfect location to watch the golfers. We did pay for option to the beach club and it was very nice. Used Uber to get there and back. It is about a 3/4 mile walk but coming back is all up hill. You can rent a golf cart from an off-site location but Uber was better price. Uber drivers park outside of main gate waiting on calls so we never had to wait long for drivers. We ate most meals in town and about a 10 min drive. Also, place is very safe as you have to go thru 2 security gates to get to villa. If we ever come back to San Jose del Cabo we will definitely stay here.

John’s apartment is lovely! Great views of the ocean and pool. Everything was tidy & worked out great for us. Highly recommend!
