Excelente departamento para hospedarse, muy cómodo para descansar, para estar en playa médano o para ir a conocer lugares al rededor de Cabo San Lucas. No hay ruido cerca, excelente la alberca, la gente del condominio y los anfitriones son muy amables, además tienes estacionamiento todo el tiempo, sin duda regresaremos.

Friendly host and very responsive. Peter’s place has an amazing ocean view. You have some restaurants that are walking distance. Near by, you have local breweries as well. Overall great location. We will be back soon.

We’ve stayed in Playa Blanca previously and the choice to stay again was easy. Martin was a great host and facilitated the the arrival process. We searched for pet friendly locations in San Carlos and this by far is the most accessible and welcoming to pets with some very well kept grass areas and beach access. Other pet owners also had their pets leashed which makes for safe and enjoyable experience. It was just me wife and the 2 kids and our pet dogs. The room was very clean and living area was spacious. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway for two, We stayed a couple days for my birthday and it was great. The property is private and staff are there 24/7 letting you in and out, you feel very safe. The view is pheunomenal, the price is such a great deal. The host is responsive and answers any concerns as soon as possible. Looking forward to coming back. Escapada perfecta para dos. Diana was a great host who was friendly and always quick to respond. We have a little one and she provided essential baby amenities and even included fun beach toys and bouncy balls. The location was a quick drive to downtown or Médano beach. The beach access through The Riu is from 9am-6pm, outside of those times you have to drive to beach access. Make sure to bring your own toiletries as they’re not part of the included amenities — everything else you could need is there! Would stay here again.

Better than advertised! Our family had a phenomenal time at Casa Marlin Azul. It was our 2nd time staying at the casa and I hope we’re able to get back for a 3rd time in the not too distant future. Don (owner) / Diana (host) were incredibly helpful and proactive in their communication making check in a breeze as well as recommending things to do: fishing charter, snorkeling / diving adventure , and restaurants (in La Ribera, Los Barriles, etc). After a fun packed day thepool was a great spot to cool off. Perfect spot for families…there were 7 of us (including 3 kids under the age of 8) and everyone had a blast. Shells & sea glass to collect, kayaking / paddle boarding / swimming, fishing from the shore. Casa Marlin Azul has it all. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and noise of Cabo…La Ribera / East Cape (and specifically Casa Marlin Azul) is the spot to do it. We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Don & crew for helping us make some family memories that will last forever!!!

Amazing spot, would totally reserve it again, great location and nice backyard to chill with everyone, enjoyed all the included games, didn’t have no crazy cleaning rules like these other airbnbs that charges you a cleaning fee and you still have to deep clean the the whole house lol Amazing host

This home is gorgeous!! Our family had a great time. We enjoyed family time around the pool we made a bond fire one night and enjoyed the serenity of the home. The pictures don’t justify its beauty! We will definitely come back!! Thank you! Great and responsive host.

From the 2nd to 6th of June we stayed in Randy's condo. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. The condo has everything you need and Randy was very attentive to all our request.Thank you for the good service. We'll definitely be back!❤️

Eric’s place was perfect for my wife and I for the 8 days we were there. We absolutely love the Terrasol resort property! It is very safe and quiet but super close to downtown and all the craziness of Cabo! We are definitely going back many times!

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el departamento. Nos encantó que estuviera a pie de una hermosa playa y que además estuviera a tu disposición la alberca. El departamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación en un lugar muy tranquilo y cerca de la ciudad y también de las playas más populares de La Paz. La atención de Álvaro fue siempre muy amable y nos sugirió actividades y lugares donde comer rico. Seguro volveremos a este lugar.

Words cannot express the natural beauty of this location. From pitch black night time swims with stars galore, to driving by the ocean in the hosts friends Razor, to simply relaxing in the hammocks by the plunge pool and watching the sunrise, this house has it all. The hosts helped me with anything and everything, including their top notch peoperty manager Karen. We had someone come in to cook authentic mexican food for us, caught 11 fish on our deep sea excursion, and swam alongside Sea lions while snorkeling at the Arch. Rent this place! You will not be dissapointed! We will definately return . I stay international airbnbs often. This ranks in my top 2!
