Family-friendly holiday rentals in Baja California Peninsula

Better than advertised! Our family had a phenomenal time at Casa Marlin Azul. It was our 2nd time staying at the casa and I hope we’re able to get back for a 3rd time in the not too distant future. Don (owner) / Diana (host) were incredibly helpful and proactive in their communication making check in a breeze as well as recommending things to do: fishing charter, snorkeling / diving adventure , and restaurants (in La Ribera, Los Barriles, etc). After a fun packed day thepool was a great spot to cool off. Perfect spot for families…there were 7 of us (including 3 kids under the age of 8) and everyone had a blast. Shells & sea glass to collect, kayaking / paddle boarding / swimming, fishing from the shore. Casa Marlin Azul has it all. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and noise of Cabo…La Ribera / East Cape (and specifically Casa Marlin Azul) is the spot to do it. We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Don & crew for helping us make some family memories that will last forever!!!

Nos encantó el lugar! Muy espacioso, limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Incluso tiene el área con asador que te permite pasar una tarde muy agradable con tu familia y al estar en el último piso, disfrutar de la vista al mar. Cuenta con 2 albercas muy limpias. La ubicación a 5 minutos de la playa, también está cerca de la Marina. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Gracias por su amabilidad y buen servicio.

We loved the proximity to the ocean, the pools, the view from the unit and the outdoor seating area next to the beach. We also enjoyed watching surfers.

This was our third stay with Gail and Jimi, and, as usual, they were very hospitable and friendly. Their place is homey and comfortable, within easy walking distance of downtown Warren. There is a lovely outdoor seating space with a hot tub, which we put to good use on a chilly day in March. One day we walked over the border for lunch, which was very easy and safe. The town of Warren itself is interesting for walking, and, if you have read the J.A. Jance mysteries, you’ll recognize many places!

We had a lovely four night stay at Carol’s casita! The home feels well appointed, we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Las Tunas has some lovely options for coffee, groceries and a meal out, and it’s an easy drive into Todos for more choices. We needed something fixed with our hot water and Carol had it addressed within minutes. By the end of our stay I was daydreaming about building my own home in the area! I would love to return and recommend this home if you are visiting Todos Santos/BCS.

This place was amazing! Came here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. We were amazed from the moment we walked in. Joaquin was always available for any questions we had, provided a wonderful private chef recommendation, and the place had so many items we didn’t even need to bring like most places (coffee, sunscreen, jugs of water, etc.). An even bigger plus was not needing to do an intense “Airbnb cleanup” like most places (i.3e. Start the laundry, scrub down the kitchen, leave it cleaner than we found it) but of course we did do a good once over! Great place for friends, family, kids, and anyone and everyone!

They have extras like private cook, transportation and local not tourist eats.

10/10 It is just as pictured. It Had everything needed to make you feel right at home. The area is very nice. Sylvia the host is very responsive and friendly.

¡Una experiencia increíble! Desde el principio, la comunicación con Daniel fue excelente siempre atento y rápido para responder. La llegada fue súper fácil, sin complicaciones. La casa tiene una vista espectacular. Además, el lugar es tranquilo y seguro, perfecto para relajarse sin preocupaciones. La casa estaba en muy buen estado, limpia, bien cuidada y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Definitivamente, recomendaría este lugar sin pensarlo dos veces.

This is a wonderful spot to stay when visiting Bisbee! We loved the convenience of having beer right downstairs and enjoying the balcony with a great view upstairs. The staff working at the brewery are awesome. It's also dog friendly which was a major plus. They have a great little courtyard where you can hang out with your doggo while you drink a beer and play boardgames. Would recommend staying here!

Wow, George's place is great! EXTREMELY cozy and pet-friendly! We booked our next stay before we even left. -Clear directions/ instructions. -Easy check-in/ check-out. -Private courtyard was perfect for relaxing and for our dogs. Lots of smart details, including a hose to easily rinse off any spills or pup-pee. -Home was comfortable, spacious and had EVERYTHING we needed for cooking, relaxing, sleeping. -LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Right smack dab in the middle of Tubac with easy access to shops, restaurants, and a nice walk to the golf course. -Responsive, generous host. We can't wait for our next stay!

Every detail—from the tasteful decor to the spacious, light-filled rooms—made it feel like a true getaway. But what really set this place apart was the unbeatable access to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without any hassle. Morning coffee with an ocean breeze? Yes, please. Another major highlight was the host. They were quick, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Any time we had a request or question, they handled it with speed and care. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and determination, and it made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a beautiful, beachside home with top-notch hosting, this is it. We will be back soon! Highly recommend!

The Condo was incredible the view space and the bed was amazing. we spend most the time on the huge tarrace. It was the highlight of our trip. we would come back in a heartbeat. Worth every penny.

Absolutely loved my stay at Mikes place. Extremely convenient location, beautiful views of the marina, and so many great food options. Having the pool was an added plus. Just a short walk to the beach. I want to come back! Thank you!

This place was perfect! My family and I had a great time. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Jared was a great host—very responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We really appreciated how easy he made everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé vraiment un beau séjour. La plage, le quai, tout se faisait assez bien à pied. L'appartement étant au niveau du sol, nous avons grandement profité des tables extérieures pour manger et aussi de la piscine. Si vous allez à Cabo, chez Ale est un choix idéal !

Donald’s place was great. We love phase 2 and his location is great. One day it was very windy and we spent more time than usual indoors. His furniture was comfy and the views from the patio are perfect. The artwork in his condo made it stand apart from others we’ve stayed in at Rocky Point. 5 STARS!

We had a great time at Seoniad’s place. The garden was even nicer and bigger than you could see from the pictures. Everything we needed and more was available to use, very well equipped kitchen and pool. Nice living area to relax and watch a movie or play games. Location was also really good, very close to the beach, large supermarket and some restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place. We only had one downside which was the jacuzzi that didn’t warm up, however Seoniad did everything to fix it and compensated us for it, so handled it very well with good communication.
