We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest. Studio type for two people 150 meters from Buarcos beach. Access with stairs. Nearby there are restaurants, a supermarket, shops and parking lots. On the beach, we can go hiking or jogging. It has a terrace overlooking the ocean, and it is very pleasant for watching the sunset. Inside, there is air-conditioning and the kitchen block is equipped. My place is good for couples or solo stays. Tourist tax €1.50 per person per night (maximum 7 nights)
